Elogbooks Facilities Services (EFS) is the new offering from Elogbooks that brings the highest quality services providers directly to you through one procurement route and manages the payment process on your behalf.

EFS integrates with Elogbooks to benchmark providers against real time performance and cost, so you get the highest quality services at the best value.

For EFS-accredited suppliers, this is an opportunity to gain access to our entire national buyer base across more than 16,000 commercial properties nationwide, unlock previously inaccessible markets and provide more opportunities for sustainable growth.

How does it work?

The highest performing Elogbooks service providers are invited to become EFS accredited. In doing so, they will join the list of suppliers EFS procure services from.

To be accepted onto the EFS supplier list, service providers have to be fully accredited. To remain accredited, they must maintain an impeccable performance record on Elogbooks.

EFS will procure the services of providers that meet the accreditation requirements and needs of our clients, then integrate with Elogbooks to allocate, chase and update works.

Managing the payment process

Crucially, EFS handles the invoicing process too. The EFS accounts department consolidates all service provider charges across a portfolio into one single monthly invoice.

We significantly reduce the administration involved in the invoicing, payment and management of service providers, whilst simultaneously improving supplier payment terms.
