LEARNING GOALS

Students will demonstrate search techniques for research project

Students will be able to critique resources and information retrieved from

relevant sources

Students will apply and synthesize information retrieved from resources

available into their knowledge base, interests, and research needs

Students will leave the workshop with at least one relevant resource or more

to apply towards their annotated bibliography and in turn their research essay

Footnote chasing is the act of finding citations and

references in your current article and using these

articles for your research.
