32. Precautions to be taken dufing storage and transportation of hazardous chemicalsshould be clearly mentioned and incorporated.

33. A copy of'Memorandum of Understanding' ([,4oU) signed with coal supptier for importedcoal and brick manufacturers for management of fly ash.

34. Authorization/Membership for the disposat of tiquid effluent in CETP and sotid/hazardouswaste in TSDF, if any

35. Material Safety Data Sheet for all the Chemicals are being used,Arill be used. CASNo./RTECS No./DOT/UN etc to be mentioned aqainst each chemicats.

36. Authorization/Memoership for the disposal of sotid/hazardous waste in TSDF.37. Risk assessment for storage for chemicals/solvents. Action plan for handling & safety

system.38. An action plan to develop green belt in 33 o/o area. Layout plan for green belt shali be

prov;ded.39. Action plan for rainwater harvesting measures at plant site shall be included to harvest

rainwater from the rooftops and storm water drains to recharge the ground water.40. Details of occupational health programme.

a. To which chemicals, workers are exposed djrectly or indirec y.

b. Whether these chemicals are within Threshold Limit Values fiLV)/ PermissibleExposure Levels as per ACGIH recommendation.

c. What measures company have taken to keep these chemicals within PEL/TLV.d. How the workers are evaluated concerning their exposure to chemicals during

pre-placement and periodical medical monitoring.e. What are onsite and offsite emergency plan during chemical disaster.f. Liver function tests (LFT) during pre-placement and periodicat examination.g. Details of occupational health surveillance programme.

41. Socio-economic development activities should be in place.42. Note on compliance to the recommendations mentioned in the CREp guidelines.43. Detailed Environment management Plan (ElVlP) with specific reference to details of air

pollution contfol system, water & wastewater management, monitoring frequency,responsibility and time bound impiementation plan for mitigation measure should beProvided.

44. EMP should include the concept of waste-minimization, recycle / reuse / recovertechniques, Energy conservation, and natural resource conservation.

45. Any litigation pending against the project and/or any direction/order passed by any Courtof Law against the project, if so, details thereof.

46. A tabular chart with index for point wise compliance of above TORS.

B. Additional TOR

'1. Details of fluorine recovery system in case of phosphoric acid plants torecover fluorine as hydrofluorosilicic acid (H2SiF6) and its uses.

Details of process emission control in the sulphuric acid plantPublic hearing to be conducted by SPCB and issues raised and commitmentsmade by the project proponent on the same should be included in EIA,/EMPReport in the form of tabular chart with financial budget for comptying with thecommitments made

Authenticated English kanslation of all matenat provided in Regionat languages.iv. The letter/apptication for EC shall quote the MOEF fite No. and-atso attach a copy of the

letter.v. The copy of the retter received from the r\Iinistry shal be arso attached as an annexure

to the final EIA-EN/p Report.vi. The final EIA-El\4p report submitted to the l\Iinisiry must incorporate the issues in thisletter. The index of the final EIA-El\4p report must indicate the specific chapter andpage no. of the EIA-EMP Report.vii. Certificate of Accredttation tssued by the e.l to the environmentai consulant sha be

included.
