Peanut & aloo khichadi

�  Boiled potatoes pieces �  Fried peanut powder �  Oil �  Cumin Seeds �  Mustard seeds �  Salt �  Black pepper �  Lemon juice

�  In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds, boiled potatoes and crushed fried peanut

�  Add salt, black pepper and lemon juice and sugar

Ekadashi Dhokla Ingredients

�  1 Cup Samo Flour (Samo Powder/ Moraiyo Lot)

�  1 Cup Water chestnut flour

�  1 Tablespoons Sabudana �  1 Cup Yogurt �  1/2 Cup Water �  2 inch Piece Ginger �  2 grated Green Chili �  2 Tablespoon Peanut Oil �  Salt to Taste

�  For Tempering: �  2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil �  To Garnish: �  2 Tablespoons finely

chopped Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)

�  Pink salt

Method

�  In a big bowl, mix together samo powder, sabudana, water chestnut flour yogurt and water.

�  Mix well and make a smooth batter, it should be of thick consistency, keep aside for 5 to 6 hours.

�  Add green chili, ginger and salt, mix well. �  Heat steamer or pressure cooker with about 1 1/2 inches of water. Bring it to

boil or if you have idli maker for microwave, that works too, can use the plate. �  Grease a plate make sure it should fit in the steamer or cooker. �  Pour batter into plates and cook for 15 mins. �  Remove dhokla plate and let is cool for 10 minutes. �  Cut it into square pieces �  Heat a non stick pan on medium high heat, add 2 tablespoons oil and once its

hot, add cut dhoklas and garnish with chopped cilantro and pink salt. Mix well. �  Enjoy Ekadashi Dhokla with Cilantro chutney

Ekadashi Dahi vada Ingredients

�  1 cup Moraiyo �  2 Tbsp Rajgaro �  2 Tbsp chestnut flour �  1 cup boiled and mashed

potato (optional), can use mashed plantains as well

�  Salt to taste �  2 spoon ginger, chilli

paste

�  To Garnish: �  Date & Jaggery chutney �  Sweetened Curd �  Cumin powder �  Pink salt �  Pepper �  Chopped coriander �  Pomegranate (optional)

Method

�  Boil Moraiyo/Samo in water, add salt and lemon �  Boil potatoes �  Let it cool down for 45 mins. �  Then take a bowl, add green chili, ginger and salt and boiled samo, mix

well. �  Add potatoes in the mixture �  Make rolls and rub it the water chetnut and rajgara flour �  Fry until golden brown �  Take curt, add sugar, salt, pepper, and mix it well �  Now you can prepare dahiwada, take a bowl and place wada in it, add

curd, green chutney, tamarind chutne , pink salt cumin powder and pomegranate.

�  Enjoy Ekadashi Dahi vada

�  1 Cup Boiled Samo with salt & lemon

�  Boiled and mashed potatoes tampered in oil

�  Fried potato chips �  Coriander chutney �  Date & Jaggery chutney �  Salt & Pepper to Taste

�  To Garnish: �  Fried potato strips �  Fried sabudana �  Fried banana chips �  Fried peanuts �  Chopped tomatoes �  2 Tablespoons finely

chopped Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)

Method

�  Boil Samo with water, add salt and lemon juice. Cook it for 15 mins �  Boil potatoes and shallow fry it cumin seeds and salt and pepper �  Fry below- potato chips, peanuts, sabudana pappad, potato strips, etc �  Make Green chutney

¡  Grind coriander, green chillies, lemon, roasted peanuts, salt

�  Make Date Jaggery chutney ¡  Boil and melt jaggery, meanwhile grid dates. Mix both and add lots of lemon juice with salt and pepper.

�  Once done with all the above preparation, now you are ready to prepare bhel �  Take a container, add boiled samo, boiled shallow fried potatoes, green

chutney, date jaggery chutney, salt and pepper. Mix well �  Add all the above mentioned fried snack and mix well. �  Garnish it with chopped tomatoes, cilantro, fried snack �  Enjoy Ekadashi Bhel
