Page 21: El Primer Día de Clases ( First Day of School )

How to be successful in the Spanish class: Avoid seating next to friends/classmates that may cause

you to get distracted. Always do assignments even if you think the answers

are incorrect. Make up assignments once you return to school after

being absent. Come to tutoring sessions after school. Ask questions when in doubt. Ask to retake exams if you fail the first time. Be at your best behavior. Be responsible and be concerned for your grades.

Remember this will determine whether you pass the class or not since the teacher in many cases has to decide if you deserve another chance or not (69% average rule).

Page 22: El Primer Día de Clases ( First Day of School )

Take my hand and let us walk this journey together, I will facilitate the tools for you to learn how to build a bright and successful future, it will be up to you to use them and achieve great things.
