processed in to Tiles as per the specifications provided with utmost accuracy.

Granite is an igneous rock formed by volcanic action. Flecks of quartz, feldspar and mica give each tile a

special character. Our range of Granite is available in a choice of following finishes :

HONED : A smooth finish with a slight sheen, produced by using a polishing head.

POLISHED : Smooth and Shiny, All materials are processed on Line Polishing Machine to offer the best

Gloss Possible.

SAND-BLASTED : High-pressure jet of siliceous sand or steel shots is applied to the area to be treated.

This treatment produces a smooth abrasion, leaving the material with a slightly scratched (but not

rugged) surface. The color tones and the veins are slightly dulled.

FLAMED : Its produced when an intense flame is fired at the stone, causing the surface to burst and

become rough. This finish is used primarily for exteriors applications where slip-resistance is extremely

important.

FLAMED & BRUSHED : The process of Flamed Finish as explained above, blows the crystals out as they

suffer thermal shock, with an effect that is particularly evident in materials composed of minerals with

various degrees of expansion. The resulting surface is rough, non-slip and generally faded in colour,

thereby hiding defects and tone variations. Because of oxidation, yellow materials become orange or

red. After The Flaming is done, the surface is Brushed to make it smoother, which in turn gives it an

entirely different look. LEATHERED: It's the process of texturing granite or marble to appear less glossy.

This process amplifies the natural characteristics of granite or marble, resulting in an exquisite surface.

It is easy to clean and maintain, as well as, pleasing to the touch - a perfect balance between style and

practicality.

As we are regularly doing projects, we are well versed with the whole process:

a) Selection of Raw material as per our choice of material and with minimum natural defects as far as

possible. Planning of Production as per the set and realistic terms.

b) Cutting of blocks into slabs, maintaining the thickness as per the standards of the project.

c) Finish of Slabs - Polished / Flamed / Honed / Leather / Sand-Blasted as per project requirements.

d) Cutting of Slabs into Tiles or Cut to size, as per the projects specifications. The sizing process is the

most important process and must be handled properly, so that there are no variations in the sizes of the

finished tiles. All Tiles are checked for Quality and Size again before the final packing takes place.

e) Labeling - For any project, the easiest way to work with Granite tiles is labeling. As we will be provided

with the details about the project and also, about which batch is for which area in a project, we fix stickers

on all tiles indicating the size, area of application, finish and other relevant details. Finally a summary is

fixed on the wooden crate for easier access to the construction staff at the site.

f) Packing and Forwarding - The Final step, that is packing of goods into Strong and well-designed

wooden crates. We cannot afford to waste good material just due to bad packing. We have our fixed

shipping agent with whom we are working from 2006, and direct contact with Maersk Shipping line. This

way we can avoid any delays and get the best cost possible.

g) Time of Delivery: As in most projects, time of delivery of goods plays a crucial part. As we are direct

processors, so any delay due to middlemen is already avoided. We will provide you with a Delivery

schedule, certainly in consultation with our client, and we can assure you that we can stick to that delivery

plan on the whole. Its important to set the time schedule realistically, rather than committing to a faster

delivery schedule just to bag an order. Everything must be planned, including the raw material,

processing, packing, forwarding, so that the delivery schedule is met, and as we have done this work

several times already, we are confident about this job.
