What is Smart Assistant?

Smart Assistant is an application for smart phones that performs efficient call routing to a user over an Elastix Unified Communications Server.


The application allows to create multiple scenarios where we can decide how to redirect an incoming call.

Why Smart Assistant?

Smart Assistant was designed to allow the customization of the routing of calls to an extension.

The application takes into account people who spend most of their time out of the office, but need to have at hand all of the integrated communication technologies.

How is Smart Assistant different? Users can pre-configure settings per location, caller, or

event.

Settings can be activated automatically, manually, or with the use of proximity devices and NFC tags.

How to install it?

The process has two steps:

1. Install the Android application on Google Play

2. Install the administration module on the Elastix Market Place.
