Elder and Estate Planning Attorneys PA is a law office small enough to provide personal service  but large enough to provide service in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties.

Joined Elder & Estate Planning Attorneys PA in September 2019 after moving from New York to join her family in Florida. 

Kristine is the team member in charge of following up with potential clients

for documentation, setting conference calls, meetings (video and in person)

and the execution of the documents. 

She is also the one who collects payments and provides invoices, receipts

and copies of documents. Kristine has a varied employment background

having worked in and help run a family owned construction company for 20

years, a certified public accountants office and administrative assistant to

lawyers affiliated with the accounting office. Our clients love conversing with

her – she is the heartbeat of our organization.

Tracy Bealer Paralegal

•Joined Elder & Estate Planning Attorneys PA in February of 2020.  She received her Paralegal Certification from Nova University in 1995.  She has over 15 years of experience working as Paralegal.  She heads our probate, guardianship, and estate planning department in our Jupiter office. She also assists in our litigation and trust funding departments.  Tracy was born in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania.

•She has lived in the Palm Beach County area since 1985.  Tracy loves working directly with clients to help them achieve their goals in estate planning and resolve the issues of distribution of assets after death. 

•Tracy will be one of the paralegals assigned to your file.  For our client care annual plan members, Tracy will be one of the team who will be working with you to confirm your estate plan is implemented and review annually your family issues and possible changes to your documents.
