India possesses large number of economially self sustained, healthy, learned senior citizens with untapped potential of professional skills and competence. Government of India could find avenues for such individuals through empanelment process and harness their potential through “Skill India Programmes”. There are strong possibilities of Senior Citizens coming forward on the concepts of other than monetary compensation as well - proposal deserves due considerations for implementation to obviate Senior Citizens skills and competence going into hibernation. -EDITOR
