ENGINE FEATURESThe electric motors are H class, that means: maxi-mum quality and safety. They can work in very bad conditions and with very high temperature. An auto-matic system stops the pump when exceeding the electric safety limits.
PUMP’S OPERATIONThe operation of FILTERMEDIA electric airless dia-
phragm pumps is based on the oleo-dynamic system.
The electric motor drives a cam shaft (piston) which
pushes the hydraulic oil in the pump toward the dia-
phragm which creates the movement of the same. The
suction valve and compression valve grant a constant
suction of the product. The pressure of the oil on the
diaphragm is adjusted by the pressure regulation valve.
COMPONENTSAll parts in contact with the coating are in stain-less steel and tungesten carbide in order to guarantee the highest quality and long life of components.
