force is need to do the installation.-Donotusecontaminatedair(bydustormoisture).Iftheaircontainswaterordust,itmightcauseamalfunctionoroverheating.

Caution
Unit-Graspcordbytheplugtoremovefromtheoutlet.Donotpulloryankthecorditself.Itmaycause
the wire to malfunction. -CareshouldbetakennottoplacetheACcordnearagasburner.Neverattempttorepairaburnedmotorcord.Alwaysreplaceitwithanewcord.-Priortouse,alwayscheckforvibration,noiseandoverheating.Ifanyabnormalitiesaredetected,stopusingimmediatelyandcontactyourdealer.-Becarefulnottospillwaterontotheunitasitmayresultinafireoranelectricshockduetoashort
circuit.
Motor, Hand piece -Donotusethisproductunderstrongstressforextendedperiodsoftime.Itcancauseoverheating.- Do not connect or disconnect the cord until the drive motor has completely stopped.-Donotconnect/disconnectthehandpieceduringoperation.-VerifythattheSpeedControlSwitchisadjustedwithintheallowablespeedbeforeuse.-Connectonly4-hole,5-holeor6-pintubing.-AirRequirements:Dry,freefromcontaminationandoil.Useacompressorwithadryairsystem/Installanairfilterifnecessary/Blowoutthelinesbeforeinstallation.-Donotautoclave(oranyotherhightemperaturesterilization)ControlBox,ACAdaptor,MotorCode.-Theusershallberesponsibleforoperationandmaintenanceandinspection.

3. Control Box Operation
Caution
Makesurethereisnoresidualairorwaterintheturbinehosewhenconnectingittothecontrolbox.Handtightenthenutproperlywithoutexcessiveforcewhenconnectingtheturbinehoseandthemotor cord connector.
3-1 Connect the hand piece tubing from your delivery unit. Fittheturbinehoseplugfromthedeliveryunittotheturbinehoseconnectorandtightencompletely.

- Do not use any other hose than the ones provided with the unit- Do not use contaminated air-Blowoutthelinesbeforeinstallation

NeveruseanyACadapterotherthantheoneprovidedwiththisproduct.
3-4 Connecting the Power CordInsertthepowercordintotheinletoftheACadapter.
3-2 Connecting the Motor.Connectthemotorbyaligningthemotorcordplugandinsertfirmly.
3-3 Connecting the AC adapterInserttheACadapterplugintotheACadapterconnectorbeforepluggingitintothewalloutlet.

4. Handling the Motor
4-1 Connecting/Disconnecting the motor and motor cord.Alignandinsertthemotorpinfirmlyintothepinholesofthemotor cord connector and fasten the motor cord nut securely.
Toremovethemotorcordfromthemotor,unscrewanddetachthemotorcordnut,andgentlypulloutthemotorcordconnector.
4-2 Connecting/ Disconnecting the motor and hand pieceToinserttheE-Typehandpieceintothemotor,alignthehandpieceandmotor,thenturnuntilyouhearaclick(positioningpinsarealigned)
Toremovethehandpiece,simplypullthehandpiecefromthemotor.
Caution
-Careshouldbetakenwhenusinganyhandpieceattachmentwhichrequireslubrication(E-Typemicromotor).-Followinglubrication,standthehandpieceattachmentverticallyuntiltheexcesssolutiondrains.
Wipe the hand piece then attach it to the motor.- Do not connect or disconnect the handpiece until the motor has completely stopped.
5. Operation
5-1InsertthepowercordplugintotheACoutletandturnthepowerswitchon.Whenthepowerswitchison,thelampsandindicator will come on.
5-2Beforeusingthissystem,makesuretooperatetheFootAirCalibrationfunction.
5-3PushtheGearRatioSelectKeytoindicatethespeedoftheattachment you will use.

6. Sterilization
Sterilize the motor only.Forsterilization,werecommendtheautoclavesterilizationmethod.Sterilizationisrequiredthefirsttimeyouusetheunitaswellasaftereachpatientasnotedbelow.
Autoclaving1)Turnoffthepower.2)Detachthemotorfromthemotorcord.3)Cleanthesurfaceofthemotorwithabrush(Donotuseametalbrush),andwipeitwithcottonanddisinfectantalcohol.4)ScrewtheMotorCaptotheMotor.PuttheAutoclavePlugonto the motor insert.5)Insertintoautoclaveouch.Sealthepouch.6)Autoclavableuptoamaximumof135°C.7)KeeptheMotorintheautoclavablepouchuntilyouareready to use it to keep it clean.

-Donotautoclave(oranyotherhightemperaturesterilization)ControlBox,ACAdaptor,orMotorCord.-Donotlubricatethemotor.- Do not wipe or immerse the system in acidic water or acidic solutions.-Donotsterilizewithdirtonthesurface,itmaycauserust.

7. Maintenance
IftheO-Ringsbecomeworn,themotormightnotconnectwelltothehandpiece,orwatermayleak.ReplacetheO-Rings.
Changing the O-RingRemovetheO-Ringatthemotorinsertwithapointedtool,andmountthenewO-ringsintothegroove.
Caution
Thereare4O-RingsontheMotorInsert.Theblueoneisthinnerthantheother3.Makesuretoinstall them in the proper spot.

IftheO-Ringsbecomeworn,itmaycause:-Air/Waterleak-Difficultyattaching/disconnectingthehandpiece-ExcessVibration

9. Troubleshooting
Whenhavinganissuewiththeunit,checkthisguidebeforecontactingyourdealer.Thesearethemost common issues which may occur.

10.1 Scope of Warranty
BEYESDentalCanadaInc.(‘BEYES’)warrantstotheoriginalretailpurchaserthatitwillbeatBEYESoptiontorepairorreplacecomponentsofthedentalproductsmanufacturedbyBEYES(exceptforcomponentsnotwarrantedunder‘Exclusions’)thataredefectiveinmaterialorworkmanshipundernormaluseandservice.BEYES’obligationunderthislimitedwarrantyislimitedtotherepairorreplacementoftheapplicablecomponents.ThislimitedwarrantyshallonlyapplytodefectsthatarereportedtoBEYESwithintheapplicablewarrantyperiodandwhich,uponexaminationbyBeyes,provetobedefective.Thiswarrantyextendsonlytothefirstretailpurchaserofaproductandisnottransferableorassignable.Replacementcomponentsorproductsmaybeusedand/orrefurbishedcomponentsorproducts,providedtheyareoflikequalityandspecificationsasnewcomponentsorproducts.
10.2 Applicable Warranty PeriodTheapplicablewarrantyperiod,measuredfromthedateofinvoicetotheoriginaluser,shallbewarrantedforaperiodof25months.
10.3 ExclusionsThislimitedwarrantydoesnotcoverandBEYESshallnotbeliableforthefollowing;1)Defects,damageorotherconditionscaused,inwholeorinpart,bymisuse,abuse,negligence,alteration,accident,freightdamage,negligentstorage,tamperingorfailuretoseekandobtainrepairorreplacementinatimelymanner;2)Productswhicharenotinstalled,used,andproperlycleanedandmaintainedasrequiredorrecommendedintheBEYES‘Installation’and/or‘Installation/User’sManual’fortheapplicableproduct,includingthespecifiedstructuralandoperationalenvironmentconditionsandelectricalpowerrequirements;3)Productsconsideredtobeofaconsumableorsterilenature;4)AccessoriesorpartsnotmanufacturedbyBEYES;5)Chargesbyanyoneforadjustments,repairs,replacementparts,installationorotherworkperformeduponorinconnectionwithsuchproductswhicharenotexpresslyauthorizedinwritinginadvancebyBEYES;
