Electric rope winch PORTY

Light and handyThe small electric winch PORTY was developed especially for useon construction sites and for assembly works in industry and artisanry. Connection bars can be used as transport handles.It can be fixed everywhere on a solid plane surface by bolts. The mounting position does not matter!

For lifting and pullingThe simplicity of the PORTY makes it a very excellent choice. The unloaded rope can come off in any desired direction. Users of the PORTY will find peace of mind knowing that thestandard flange motor can be purchased anywhere, thereforerepairs are made easily and quickly. In addition there is no loss in safety due to the permanently lubricated, self-locking gear box that acts as a brake for lifting and pulling of loads (up to PORTY 500).

OptionsThe standard PORTY comes powered by a 3-phase 400V A.C. motor.The optional PORTY W is available if a single-phase 230 V or 110 V motor is needed.

Fully equipped The winch PORTY can also be supplied with complete equipmentready for use. This includes 30 m of rope with hook, direct pendant control with 1 m cable, emergency stop button, 3 m power supply cable with plug (confirm country of use!).

Special optionsThe drum can be manufactured longer in steps of 10 cm to storemore rope. We recommend a grooved drum for proper layingand longer duty time of rope. If it needs to be, the PORTY can becustom made to comply with local regulations.

1 Capacities are reduced because of higher safety factors when winch is used for lifting purpose.2 3 rope windings must remain at each time constantly on the drum.
