New Revised P1 Unassembled Panelboards

Flexibility and ease of assembly:Customer oriented design creates installation convenience. For all of its one-of-a-kind features, the P1 panelboard is also designed to be extremely userfriendly. For instance, field convertible main breaker and main lug kits, (through 400 amps), will allow you to switch from main lug to main breaker, and vice versa with no change in box size or additional cabling. Plus, lay-in construction (for 250 A CU) and/or removable lugs make wiring the main and neutral lugs easier and faster. To further speed

Type P1 unassembled panelboards are completely convertible from main lug to main breaker and vice-versa. Additionally feed-thru lugs, or subfeed circuit breakers up to 400 ampere can be added without increasing the box height for Revised P1 with “T” suffix, see the chart.

1. Compute total number of poles to determine interior catalog number. (Note: BL / BQD (or) xGB Main Breaker will use unit space. The total number of poles should include 2 (or) 3 poles for 1-phase (or) 3-phase mains.)

The patented INSTA-WIRE™ neutral/ground system allows for faster installation because screws are backed out, ready for wire insertion. The

visible neutral and grounds system aids in the insertion of conductors.

The pre-positioned bond screw eliminates bond strap/screw assemblies, and reduces the risk of losing components in the field.

Mounting tabs on the trim hold it in place on the load center, freeing up both hands to drive the trim screws.

The Murray Rock Solid Load Center is the highest quality, most versatile design in the industry. Features on the Rock Solid Load Center include:

1. "Swiss Cheese" style neutral bars provide multiple 1/0 connection points.

2. All units include factory installed ground bar and isolated neutral.

3. With the use of the included bonding strap, ground bars and neutral bars can be bonded for service entrance applications.

4. Outboard neutral and groundbars allow for all neutral and ground connections to be located away from breaker connections, making for a neat, clean installation.

5. Mounting tabs on the trim hold it in place on the load center, freeing up both hands to drive the trim screws.

6. Combination head screw on trim and upper pan screws provide installation flexibility.

7. All devices are convertible from main lug to main breaker or vice versa with the addition of main breaker or main lug kits.

8. All main breakers are straight in wired – no back feeding required.

9. A rigid, sturdy base pan with metal hook rails provides the most rugged breaker connection in the industry.

10. The outdoor enclosure has a slide hinge door for the easiest of installation and can be removed by backing out only one screw.

11. All indoor Rock Solid Load Centers are invertible for bottom feed applications.
