• 2.1 Introduce the agreement

协议书 (Agreement) 是指国家、企业或团体间关于某一问题经谈判、协商取得一致意见后所形成的书面材料。它一般由三部分组成，即标题、正文和署名。

2.2.Learn the new words

2.3 Study the sample

• Sample: Technical Agreement The technical negotiation on the Jiangna

n Power Plant’s 2x300 MW safety valve requirements was held between Jiangnan Power Plant and Newtex Industries on 12 January, 2006.The two sides have reached the following agreement.

• 1.Technical Specification

To be in accordance with tabulation sheet 1, 2 & 3.

• 2. Scope of Supply

To be in accordance with tabulation sheet 4 and its respective drawings. The country of origin for all the valves is the U.S.A.

• 3. Spare parts

To be in accordance with tabulation sheet 5.

• 4. After Sales Service Commissioning on site. Newtex Industries will appoint its local fi

eld service station to dispatch its Field Service Engineer twice to the site for each unit. The duration is five days for each visit.

• 5. Documentation a. Newtex Industries shall submit 3 sets of

drawings for approval within four weeks after the signing of contracts to Jiangnan Power Plant.

• b. Newtex Industries shall provide the certificate of Material Test Report, the Installation & Operation Manual both in English version and Chinese version to Jiangnan Power Plant at the time of shipment.

• 6.This technical agreement shall become effective upon the signing of the commercial contract & be made part of the contract.

2.4 Explain the agreement
