2. DUE TO SELECTIVE COORDINATION REQUIRMENTS OF THE 2014 NATIONAL ELECTRICCODE, THE EXISTING PENTHOUSE EMERGENCY PANEL EM2 WAS REPLACED WITH AFUSED PANELBOARD AND ONLY ONE ELEVATOR CAN BE OPERATED WHILE OPERATINGON THE GENERATOR..
3. PSU HAS CONFIRMED THAT THE ELEVATOR CONTROLLER IS LAREADY PROGRAMMEDTO ALLOW ONLY ONE ELEVATOR TO OPERATE AT ONE TIME WHILE ON EMERGENCYPOWER. .
4. SOME WALLS WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE EXISTINGCONDUIT RISER THAT IS PART OF THIS PROJECT. THE OWNER WILL PROVIDE DEMOAND PATCHING OF THOSE WALLS. FIRE AND WATER PROOFING OF ANY NEW FLOOR ORFIRE RATED WALL PENETRATIONS ARE PART OF THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORSSCOPE OF WORK..
