15 to 25 Watts per square inch on heaters

Kynar Pumps are best

CPVC are good- Sch 80 on piping

Use Natural Poly Pro

use 1/2 HP per 50 gallons

Use A 5 micron Bag Filter - 4”

Split the piping. 1/2 for agitation and theother for filtration.

Place a leg of the agitation under the heaters

Use a Industrial Heating Systems ABS air bubbler system for level safety . Thissystem is non conductive and won’t cause plateout.
