OPERATION:When the float of the indicator encounters the Reed switch incorporated in the tube at the pre-established distances, the contact activated by the magnet housed in the float opens or closes, thus obtaining the possibility of sending a luminous or acoustic signal or disconnecting any electrical equipment connected to it.

FITTING:The indicator must be fitted in the vertical position, and the float must be at least 35mm from ferrous surfaces (walls, tanks, etc.). The tight‘s flange is ensured by a flat synthetic rubber gasket.

IMPORTANT:To invert the contact from N.C. to N.O. just remove the bottom stop and turn the float upside down. Two versions entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel can be obtained.It is possible to have exchange contacts or other control points in addition to the two provided for by the GMMF version; in this case the connection head must be in aluminium and contain an adequate number of terminals for the needs.

USE:Made to ensure, with maximum safety, the minimum or maximum level of liquids in tanks and hydraulic power packs containing mineral oils with viscosity not higher than 80°E; also suitable for gas oil and all other non-corrosive and inflammable liquids.OPERATION:When it is necessary to vary the minimum or maximum position, just loosen the connection clamping grub screw and slide the rod on the connection enough for the required variation in opening/closing of the Reed switch incorporated in the tube. In this way it is possible to vary the activation position of a luminous or acoustic signal or disconnect any electrical equipment connected to it. FITTING:The indicator must be fitted in the vertical position. The float must be at least 35mm from ferrous surfaces (tank walls, etc.).

IMPORTANT:To invert the contact from N.C. to N.O. just remove the bottom stop and turn the float upside down.POSSIBILITIES:The useful measurements controllable by the variable length level indicator go from a minimum of 40mm from the connection support surface to a maximum defined by the user. The stainless steel version can also be supplied on request.

OPERATION:When the float of the indicator encounters the Reed switch at the pre-established point, the contact activated by the magnet housed in the float opens or closes, thus obtaining the possibility of sending a luminous or acoustic signal or activating or disconnecting any electrical equipment connected to it.FITTING THE INDICATOR:The level indicator is supplied in an assembly Kit with tube 500 mm long (IEG-U1F/U2F) and 500/450 mm long (IEG-UMMF). The required length can thus be obtained with the aid of an ordinary pipe cutter.

Insert the wires and tube in the threaded union located under the flange, then suitable tighten for perfect assembly. Connect the connector to the flange and the respective wires to the base, and the level indicator is ready to use.FITTING ON THE TANK:The indicator must be fitted in the vertical position, and the float must be at least 35mm from ferrous surfaces (walls, tanks, etc.).IMPORTANT:To invert the contact from N.C. to N.O. just remove the bottom stop and turn the float upside down.

USE:The Levels electromagnetic reed-chain resistors Indicators allow a precise and constant indication of the fluid level, regardless of its electrical conductivity, pressure and temperature and by the presence of foam in it; essentially they have a simple structure, since the only moving part is the float which, depending on the flow or drain the liquid, flows through a tube.

OPERATION:The floating stay within a toroidal magnet, whose field operates, without physical contact, small reed contacts placed inside the pipe flow (see Fig.1). The drive of these contacts allows the integration or gradual shutdown of the resistance, also placed inside the pipe flow, allowing the continuous reading of liquid level. Resistive signal thus generated can be directly used by devices that accept inputs well structured, or through a converter Ohm - 4/20mA can drive most of the electronic devices on the market (PLC).

TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES:- Constant and continuous indication of the level with high accuracy of repeatability.- Linear index of the level, regardless of the shape of the tank and the distance between gauge and the tank walls.- Remote indication of the measure and possibility of piloting of additional controls. Possible assembly by-pass.
