AQ CHOP HOUSE BY IL MULINOAQ Chop House by Il Mulino beautifully blends a modern steakhouse with Italian flavors. Offering prime cuts of meat, seafood, pastas, crudos, and salads. The restaurant’s decor was inspired by a throwback to mid-century European design, culminating in a cross between the bold, modern designs of the 1970s and the quieter style of 19th century Italian residential classicism. Located nearby, a full sushi and raw bar managed by sushi chefs from North Miami Beach’s famed pan-Asian restaurant, Hiro’s Yakko-San, is available. IL MULINO NEW YORKIl Mulino New York – a fixture on the New York City Zagat Survey for two decades – delivers fine Italian cuisine daily and Sunday brunch in an intimate indoor/outdoor setting.Il Mulino serves breakfast daily in AQ Chop House by Il Mulino from7:00am-11:00am and is open for lunch from 12:00 pm-2:30pm daily. Dinner is served from 5:30pm-11:00pm daily.

COSTA GRILL The ultimate outdoor dining locale, presents an idyllic mid-day respite. Set just feet off the soft white sands of the Atlantic, umbrella-laden tables offer shade for diners as they savor sumptuous menu items that include both hot and chilled dishes.Costa Grill is open daily from 11:00 am-6:00 pm for Resort Guests, Residents and Beach Club Members only.The Bar and Costa Grill Beach Bar feature signature cocktails and traditional spirits. 24-hour in-room dining is also available.

The spa features his-and-hers locker rooms that boast European Heat Experience areas including Finnish Saunas, Crystal Steam Rooms, Experience Showers, and Arctic Ice Fountains. The spa also features separate men’s and ladies Relaxation Lounges which feature healing Himalayan Salt Walls. Additionally, guests can relax by the Private Swimming Pool, Roman Waterfall and Heated Jet Pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Featuring the latest in strength and cardiovascular equipment, the oceanfront fitness center, located on the Mezzanine Level, is equipped with ARTIS®, the first ever fully integrated collection of cardio, strength and functional products. ARTIS® redefines the exercise space with seamless design, connected experiences, natural movement feeling and the ability to reduce, recycle and renew energy.

ROOMS & SUITESLush, richly appointed accommodations are the hallmark of the guest experience at Acqualina. Designed to offer a sense of modern luxury with classic furnishings and finishes, each of the 54 guest rooms and 44 suites present oversized floor plans and private terraces. Seamless multimedia integration anticipates the tech savvy vacationer, and the large format plasma screens complete latest guestroom innovation by Acqualina. Guests enjoy expansive bathrooms outfittedwith imported marble flooring, double sinks, a bathtub and separate glass-enclosed shower, and ESPA-branded bath products. Every detail of the guest suites has been studied with a master design eye, from luxury beds and beddingto, the custom case goods and artwork, as well as the customary Acqualina 5 star service. RUN OF HOUSE ROOMSOur Run of House guestrooms are oversized rooms, comparable to Junior Suites, approximately 740-850 square feet, including a private terrace looking out towards the Intracoastal Waterway. These rooms feature a king-size bed, custom curved sofa sleeper, signature style wingback club chair, smoked glass and bronze metal coffee tables, dresser and desk with bronze glass inlay, desk with integrated media connectivity, desk chair, high-definition TV, mini bar, private terrace and bathroom with marble flooring, double sinks, Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and glass-enclosed shower.

SUITESAll of our suites feature an ocean view, a king-size bed, separate living room, custom curved sofa sleeper, signature club chair, smoked glass and bronze metal coffee tables, desk chair and dining chairs, writing desk, taupe lacquer dresser with integrated media connectivity, two high-definition TV’s, mini bar, private dining terrace and 185-sq.-ft. bathroom with imported marble flooring, double sinks, custom vanity area, bath tub and glass-enclosed couples’ shower. One-bedroom suites are approximately 740-1660 square feet.

Arrival & DepartureGuests may check-in after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.

A historic course built in 1923, the course has recently received a major remodel and has become a landmark of the Miami Beach area. Hillcrest Golf ClubIn the summer of 2000 Hillcrest Country Club’s championship course underwent a redesign. While maintaining many of the classic features of the course, the designer added mounding, new sand traps, improved tee boxes, new lakes and

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONSFrom Miami International Airport to Acqualina:Exit the airport and follow signs to FL-112 East toward 1-95 North/Miami Beach. Merge onto Airport Expressway /FL-112 East toward 1-95 North/Miami Beach and follow for about 4 miles. Take 1-95 North. Merge onto 1-95 North/FL-9A North via the exit on the left toward Fort Lauderdale and continue heading north for 7 miles. Take the SR-826 East exit (Exit 12B). Merge onto FL-826 East and continue east for about 5 miles. Turn slight left onto Collins Avenue heading north. Acqualina will be on the east side (right) of Collins Avenue.

From Ft. Lauderdale International Airport to Acqualina:Exit airport and follow signs for I-595 West. Continue on I-595 West towards I-95. Take I-95 south towards Miami for about 6.5 miles. Take the NE 203rdStreet/Ives Dairy Road exit (exit 16) and make a left. Continue on NE 203rdstreet/Ives Dairy Road for about 1 mile. Turn slight right onto Biscayne Blvd/ US1 South. Turn left onto William Lehman Causeway/NE 192nd Street. Continueon the causeway and make a slight right to get onto the A1A south ramp. Staystraight on A1A/Collins Avenue and head south. Make a U-turn at 175th Terraceonto Collins Avenue heading north. Acqualina will be on the east side (right) ofCollins Avenue.
