Speaker 1: So this is what it looks like when the French Kiss Life team travels lights, and we didn’t even get the boxes. We have boxes. Oh, you have to get in here too. Come this way. [crosstalk 00:00:23].

Two years later if I’m still thinking though.

Here we go.

Everyone knows she’s an incredibly inspiring individual. Not just a lady. Just as an individual she’s incredibly inspiring. And I think the first year... Because I went on her website, I listened to her podcast, tried to get to know her before I came and she just seemed so incredibly glam and with it and everything. And I was almost intimidated immediately... Initially. But then I learned that she’s a g eek like me and she’s warm, and she’s a total little geek at heart. So it’s like we bonded over the weirdest thing. She’s very goofy, that I didn’t actually expect her to be as funny as she is. She’s super funny.

Speaker 4: I met Tonya through Sandy, who’s a makeup artist. So Sandy had done the retreat with Tonya I think a year or two previously before I joined. And she’s... I think first she asked Tonya. She recommended me to Tonya to come and get her hair done just for some clothes and shoes on Paris. And we chatted and instant connection at [inaudible 00:00:02:39] hotel. We hugged. I’m a hugger. Okay, I love that.

Speaker 3: And then we hugged her in Paris.

Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly. And then we went straight to deep talk, just start talking about girl stuff, like how we’re feeling, just emotions and everything. And she spoke to me about her event, so Sandy does it. And I was like “I’d love to join”. And that’s how we met.

Speaker 3: And [inaudible 00:02:58] was it.

Speaker 4: This is my third year with French Kiss Life. So, I think we met probably three

Speaker 3: Is it different working with [inaudible 00:03:11].

Speaker 4: Absolutely. So I work a lot with fashion. I work a lot with weddings. I work with a lot of clientele, upscale clients now and it’s a really good experience. But there’s something very gratifying working with real women who come here, open mind, open heart, just ready to embrace the world. There’s this kind of beauty in that. I t’s like... I always tell all the time to my parents... My clients it’s a pampering experience. And it feels like a true pampering experience where we’re all together. Because they’re here, they know what’s actually coming in. [inaudible 00:03:49]. They go through hair, they go through makeup. It’s that transformation.

Speaker 3: Yeah. And then you also get [inaudible 00:03:57] . They come to Paris because they love it instead of the upscale fashion.

Speaker 4: Exactly.

Speaker 3: It’s like stress for something else, or.

Speaker 4: Exactly. More open experience. Because here, I mean, like I said, most of the times they’re here for an event. They’re here for something specific. So have a specific direction and like you said, there’s the whole stress thing and I’m there to keep things moving. And here it’s just all about just having fun. Honestly. They’re having fun, feeling comfortable together. Sharing stories, like I was saying to Heather about this week, it’s just the stories that millennials have shared. And encouraging one another. I come off and I feel like, breath of fresh air.

Speaker 3: Is there anything you’d like to say to Tonya?

Speaker 4: No, I mean, I said everything I wanted to say. I left her a card just say that I really appreciate that she allows me to be a part of this. You know, the time, the past three years and after fashion week. And it’s really refreshing to end... Kind of ends my wedding season and it ends my fashion season for the year. And then to end it with this, just something real. Real emotions, real feelings and just real love. Because I never [inaudible 00:05:07]. So, love you girl.
