How Do I Start? Our main focus is “you”, the client. We can come up with a menu and design options that can accommodate your guest as well as fit within your budget. You are always invited to attend scheduled tastings. After menu and design options are discussed, we will then come up with an estimate for your event services to propose to you. What Type Of Catering Do You Do? Elements Catering and Floral Design offers a wide array of catering with our special culinary team. From seated dinners to buffet style, delectable hors d’oeuvres, or incredible entrees, we can create any type of menu for any event style. Do You Have One Type Of Menu? No, we do not have one type of menu. We take pride in customizing each client’s requests to fit their budget and taste buds for any event. What Is A Tasting? A tasting is a chance to come by and try our delectable gourmet cuisine while learning more about our company. We have tastings 1 – 4 times a month depending on the season. Please schedule a tasting with us for your next event. Before Attending A Tasting Should I Have My Venue Secured?Yes, we ask that you have your venue secured. What Does “Price Per Person” Include? Price per person includes selected menu items, professional staffing and necessary serving pieces. As well as 3 hour servicing, set-up and clean up. Are There Different Prices For Children? No Does Elements Offer Wedding Cakes? No, but we would be glad to refer you to a list of bakers. Is There A “Cake-Cutting” Fee? Yes, there is a cake cutting service fee of $50. This is optional. What About Alcohol? Elements is not licensed to sell alcohol. However, once the client provides all alcohol beverages, we are fully equipped to provide any services to outfit your bar. What Type Of Floral Design Do You Do? Using only fresh flowers, we offer a wide selection of floral designs that include: bouquets, corsages, table arrangements, centerpieces, etc…Our special design team can customize your event with many options. Do You Offer Rentals? Yes, we have a large selection of tables and chairs for you next event. We also have Specialty Event Furniture and Pieces such as sofas, tables and accent pieces.
