Parsons elevators nightmare or what?

Problem OnePeople have no idea that there are two more elevators in the other corner.

They aim to go to left and as a result the elevator line gets longer and longer.

SuggestionInforming people about the other elevators.

Maybe giving codes/names to the elevators and make an information table related to the elevators and their locations.

Problem TwoPeople go back and forth to elevators to see which line is shorter.

Everyone try to see each elevator’s line to pick the “right one”. So as a result we see people running between elevators.

SuggestionMaking a table giving feedback on the lines and

comparing the lines.

Problem ThreePeople go back and forth to elevators to see which one is on the basement

floor or close.

SuggestionMaking a table in the entrance showing all the elevators

locations at that moment.Tagging elevators.

Problem FourSome elevators do not stop on some floors. People do not know that

because they can not see that.

When the line is long, people at the back can not see whether it stops at those floors and when they get in the elevator and see it does not, they get mad.

Problem FivePeople try to press the button over other’s shoulders. (Painful and

annoying)

Inside some people press the button themselves. When the elevators are already packed-up and painful, the pain gets bigger.

SuggestionMaking an interface on each side of the elevator.

Problem SixPeople call the elevators then dissappear. Elevators stop for no reason.

They press the button and then run like little kids and elevator stop for no reason so it is a waste of time and again people get mad.

SuggestionDetecting if there is someone waiting on that floor.
