Brio 2NEW BRIO TOTALLY WALK AWAYAutomatic open system to any ELISA 96 well microplate testing. The work plan allows to choose the best configuration for the laboratory needs, and offers the possibility to modify the configuration of the samples and reagents racks up to 120 samples. The reaction tray, fitting two independent microplates, is able toincubate and shake them with different times and incubation modes, from 25°C to 40°C, or at room temperature,to effect 192 determinations. With these two different incubation modes, the system constitutes the ideal support for test-runs (6 tests on line and 90 samples; 2 tests on line and 120 samples), thus offering fast and excellent performances. The internal independent reading station allows faster attainments on simultaneous tests.The Internal Personal Computer with management software is extremely advanced (Windows ’XP), easy to use and allows:- to optimize the time of each single test (T.M.S.: Time Management System);- automated error recovery;- curve storage, whereby a new curve can be calculated by using only two calibrators;- Historical Patients Record, with statistical evaluation of results;- quality control program;- Multifunctional arm (dispensing needle, washing manifold and microplate movement pliers);- Dilution unit with two precision syringes, capacity 1000 and 2500µL;- Original double needle washing system (internal and external) able to prevent from any risk of contamination;- Automated microplate washing system working with a 16-needlesmanifold (8 aspirating and 8 dispensing needles).The highly sophisticated electronic and mechanic technology, andthe new compact design, make of Brio 2 an ideal and completeinstrument.
