Bentley stadium This is our review on the Bentley stadium The down sides about the stadium include The hole in the roof (that bugs come out of) Once me and my friends where standing whilst talking And all these bugs came out and landed on us we all started screaming. It is super small with only 2 courts. Before a game you need to warm up right but because this stadium is so small you can’t and everyone is swashed. Bad Quality Toilets. You know how sometimes you just need to go to the loo well that happens to everyone. So before a match I went to the loo and guess what there was NO LIDE, NO TOLIT PAPER AND POO STAINS ON THE LIDE? “YUCK!!!!!!!!!” Bad Food. I don’t know about you but I get hungry after a game so when I went to go and get a snack all they had was lollies and well most of them where out of date. Yuck! Up sides of the stadium Um Well there are no up sides really I mean I think I’ve told you to much that I think you would think its pretty terrible. Rating 2 out of ten

Pen pals Yo its ben here One day I was at school researching about Olympic swimmers and so mum told me all about Stephanie rice, you know the strange thing is that Steph doesn’t like rice! Bens here again So I was thinking about who would get the coalmen medal for the A.F.L and I was thinking it was going to be jack rewalt from Richmond what do you think? Hi Abbie is in the house. On Friday I was playing basketball and I found out that you only have 8 seconds to get the ball across half court? What the… Sup Ella and Tessa its Abbie My dance teacher has been rely harsh this week to all the kids I don’t know why? Do you think you could help me? PLZ!

Aloha my name is Bobbie But all my friends call me bob and yes I am a girl Now over to the sport I do very intense swimming and on the weekend I did a commotion and I got SO embarrassed there because I did a fouls start I haven’t done that EVER and I’ve been swimming since I was 4 months old!

Swimming Tips

In this procedure I will be giving you tips on how to

be a better swimmer. This will involve food tips,

training, and stroke tips.

First I will be talking about training. Try training for

at least 2-3 hours a day in the morning or after school.

When training don’t just stick to 1 stroke do all of them

so you can improve. As well as that try doing your

racing starts and sprints, every time try and be faster

then your old time.

Now lets get started on stroke tips:

Backstroke • Roll your shoulders • Bend your arm • Streamline

Breaststroke • Glide for 3 seconds • Keep your knees together • Streamline

Butterfly • Get your hands out of the water • 2 kicks per a stroke • 1 breathe every 2 times • Streamline

Freestyle • Bent elbows • Tumble turn • Head down • Streamline

Now over to our food tips. • Don’t eat before swimming or training. • Keep a healthy diet and eat a lot of fruit veggies and drink

your water. • Exercise but make sure to have some fun at the same time.
