DESCRIPTION

Bank of America serviced our loan after Taylor Bean & Whitaker's demise in August 2009. Bank of America alleged that Ginnie Mae was the investor of our alleged loan. Bank of America also contended when we would call to receive updates regarding our loan modification application, that they had to wait for the investor (Ginnie Mae) to approve the loan modification. Just one of the many excuses that Bank of America utilized to hamper loan modifications utilizing fraudulent third parties such as Urban Lending Solutions. We submitted an email to Ginnie Mae on July 18, 2011 and received a response from Ginnie Mae the following day. Ginnie Mae does not contend that they are the "investor" but confirmed that they are not responsible for the "administration" of our loan and that Bank of America takes care of all of the aspects of the loan.More fraud by Bank of America to fraudulently impede us from receiving a loan modification that we qualified for and dumping responsibilities of decision making on someone else. www.bofacrimes.com
