Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) is an innovative family company dedicated to providing world-class dining, hospitality and service to visitors from around the world. CRMR offers three well-appointed, rustic mountain lodges in the Canadian Rockies - Buffalo Mountain Lodge in Banff, Emerald Lake Lodge in Field, and Deer Lodge in Lake Louise - as well as four restaurants in Calgary - Cilantro, Divino, The Lake House and Bar C. Each lodge and restaurant offer exquisite dining choices and boutique wines.

CRMR’s commitment to providing quality culinary experiences is evident throughout our lodges as well as in the city of Calgary. Each lodge and restaurant embrace their own interpretation of Canadian Rocky Mountain Cuisine, using the finest locally-sourced ingredients including bison and elk raised on our own Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch located 30 minutes SW of Calgary. Complementing the cuisine, boutique wines can be found at one of Calgary’s premier wine shops, Bin 905. For those who would like to recreate the CRMR dining experience in their own kitchen, CRMR Kitchen features all natural and locally made products made in small batches by CRMR Chefs.

From the earliest days in the 1980’s when we opened Emerald Lake Lodge, we have tried to ensure that the lodges, and restaurants reflect the beauty, the tradition and the excitement of life in Western Canada.

Buffalo Mountain Lodge

An easy stroll from legendary Lake Louise, Deer Lodge is ideal for those seeking peace, quiet and breathtaking scenery. After a day in the mountains, soak in our rooftop hot tub overlooking the breath-taking Victoria Glacier. Follow this with a first class meal of Rocky Mountain Cuisine in our dining room. With its unconventional Californian-Southwestern flare, Cilantro is a casual dining restaurant. Specializing in flat bread style pizzas and homemade pastas, customers are invited to enjoy a variety of delicious meals in our cozy environment. Cilantro proudly features Alberta’s first wood burning pizza oven imported from Italy in 1988 as well as a fully enclosed patio that is surrounded by white lights above in the trees and luscious Virginia Creepers.

Divino’s award-winning wine program, extensive international cheese menu and focus on local producers have all contributed to this traditional bistro consistently ranking as one of downtown Calgary’s most successful restaurants. Located in a historic building on Stephen Avenue, Divino’s rich atmosphere is the perfect complement to its acclaimed menu and wine list.

Bar C is an upscale contemporary lounge offering a casual atmosphere to unwind with friends at the bar or on one of their two outdoor patios. Bar C is a new direction for CRMR with out of the ordinary cocktails, mouthwatering share plates and wine by the glass. Historic boiler doors made from solid cast iron enclose Bar C’s alley patio on Calgary’s popular 17th Ave and allow guests to sip cocktails or share bites in an intimate setting.

Exuding rustic elegance, The Lake House, is perched directly above Lake Bonavista in South Calgary. Floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the lake year round. The interior is illuminated with ornate elk antler chandeliers and accessorized with a grand stone fireplace. Home to one of Calgary’s most unique restaurants, The Lake House is the perfect setting for corporate events or weddings.

Bin 905 is one of Calgary’s premier wine shops. The expert staff will help you pair and explore boutique wines, spirits,

and craft ales. Completely redesigned after the flood in June 2013, the store features a new tasting area and a

temperature controlled fine wine room.
