Introduction
Employees can view and/or change an emergency contact in the PeopleSoft
database.
Assumptions
Employee is entered in PeopleSoft
Employee requires an emergency contact change or addition

Procedure
This process describes how to view or change an emergency contact.
Step Action
1.
Begin by navigating to your personal information page.
Click the Self Service link from the Menu.

The Self Service menu displays.
Click the Personal Information link.

The Personal Information menu displays.
Click the Personal Information Summary link.
4.
The Personal Information page displays. Use the Scroll Bar if necessary to
move lower in the page to find the Emergency Contact button.

Click the Change emergency contacts button.
6.
To view an emergency contact's information, click the Contact Name link
for the person you want to view information for. For example: Emergency
Call
7.
After you review the information, use the Scroll Bar to move to the bottom
of the page.
8.
After you review the information on this page, click the Return to
Emergency Contacts link.
9.
To edit an emergency contact's information, click the Edit button.
You also have the option to delete an emergency contact's information by
clicking the Delete button for that specific person.

Let's change this emergency contact's relationship to the employee.
Click the *Relationship to Employee dropdown button to activate the menu.

Click the OK button.

Click the Return to Personal Information link.

You have the option of changing who your primary emergency contact.
Click the Change emergency contacts button.

Click the Change the primary contact button.

Click the Primary Contact dropdown button to activate the menu.
19.
Click an entry in the list.
Choose Emergency Call 2 as the new primary contact.

Click the Return to Personal Information link.

The Primary Contact is now Emergency Call 2.
Click the Home link to return to the Home page.
24.
Congratulations! You have completed the view and/or change an emergency
contact process.
