As a cost effective, pleasant alternative, Modular Building Structures from DMS Africa provide unmatched versatility and flexibility for cost-effective rapid response living accommodations.
Our pre-packed modular kits can provide quick, temporary housing solutions for families of all sizes. As an example, 4 or more people can live in 2 combined modules, and 6 or more people can live in 3 connected modules.
To maximize flexibility, and minimize investment, storage space requirements and shipping costs, DMS Africa flatpacks can be pre-configured into standard modules:
• Bedroom Module• Living Room Module• Utility Module (Kitchen, Bath)
These modules can then be shipped to the site in Flatpack mode (except for Utility module), then mixed and matched on-site and quickly erected to provide any size and type of living accommodation required
The DMS Africa housing solution comes complete with all integrated facilities such as kitchens and bathrooms, and can be provided with secondary roofing as well to give a more “house-like” look from the outside.
The total ‘camp’ configuration for disaster relief can be designed as a courtyard with mutual support functions, such as laundry and small grocery store. A ‘camp’ configuration, such as used by the military, can lower costs in the individual housing solution.
