EMF is an Electrical contractor with over 25 years experience in the Commercial and Industrial field

The Company was formed in 1991 by Eoin Healy, Who has steadily Developed the Business and Bringing in Senior Management to assist with the increasing Work load

Our Directors along with the Management Team work very Closely with our Clients to supply a professional and Friendly service ensuring the that our usual high standards are maintained from start to finish

The Day to day running of Office is managed by Pat Healy and his operational team, Who are responsible for Customer support , Accounts, Credit control ,Logistics and also have an active involvement in the overall cost control of our Works in progress

Estimating, Surveying, Business development, and Running of the Sites are carried out by our project management team, Who have Regular In-house & on site meetings to ensure full co-ordination between all departments and Site

We have also found that having a close working relationship with the client allows us to be Part of “The Team” and assists bringing the Project in on time and Within Budget with the minimum of fuss

Our recent projects have included both new build & refurbishment, either on a Design & Build basis or Traditional specification and Drawings ,

Whilst these have been our ‘staple’ for the past couple of years, our team has wide experience in the ‘fast-track’ sector, with brands such as Fujitsu , Tandberg , Fullerton’s, Ascot Race Course , Windsor Castle, Societe Generale ( Gibraltar ) to name but a few.

The M&E contractor these days needs to attain many strings to their bow, and subsequently we have considerable expertise in data/telecommunications, BMS installations, fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control, CCTV/security systems, disabled refuge, induction loop, television/media, high security systems and lightning protection systems, as examples of a few, that will no doubt be prevalent in the projects that you manage.

All our Management and Site Staff are Fully Qualified in there areas of Expertise and all hold Site safety ESCS certificates

We also Hold weekly toolbox talks on site and Ensure that our site operatives are Fully Qualified to carry out any task set. Site safety Documentation is produced in house and regular site visits are Made to ensure that the Site and EMF are working Safely

EMF hold professional Indemnity to cover the size and requirement of each Project to a maximum of £2 Million

We also Have Public Liability of £5 million for any one claim

All design, drawings and CDM requirements are carried out in-house, as are all of our administration and financial facilities. We have affiliations with NICEIC, Safe Contractor, etc.
