Agis Pharmaceuticals launches a personal care facility to produce for local leading brands.

Acquisition of Necca broadens manufacturing capabilities to include bar soaps and toiletries.

Acquisition of Natural Formula further expands category reach to include specialty hair care.

Merger of Agis with Perrigo adds additional product development and production capabilities, including oral care, personal care and OTC products.

The Emilia Group acquires the facility from Perrigo and transforms it into a leading private label manufacturer of personal care.

Emilia Personal Care is established as the group’s US sales arm.

2014 – Emilia acquires and begins to operate an FDA approved OTC production facility in the US
