We offer customized workshops focusing activities on individual and team performance and the current challenges your employees and leaders are facing.
The first full day workshop provides your associates with the foundation of Emotional Intelligence along with individual EQ-i 2.0 Assessments. Their results help them understand how to leverage current skill strengths and recognize opportunities for development. Group break-out activities include current obstacles faced within your organization. These scenario based exercises are provided, along with a process to enhance emotional intelligence for personal and professional performance. The second half day workshop (recommended 6 months after Workshop 1) offers a closer look at the relationship of emotional intelligence skills and their link to your company core competencies. A complimentary Group Report is used to identify the group’s strengths and areas for opportunity and activities are created based on the results of this report. The Group Report maintains the individual result anonymity.
