• Problem: it`s not enough to investigate the order to pay; you need the connection with the vote !!!

• Policeofficers (3 years training in police academy) further special training courses (min. 3 seminars) in investigations regarding criminal offences of corruption

• Policeofficers with university graduate (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) economic, financial or IT (favoured expert knowledge in compliance) degree with min. 3 years professional experience and 1 year training at the police academy

With all authority given by the criminal law

• Civil official with university graduate in economic or financial degree without training at the police academy

No authority by the cirminal law only experts in financial or economic metters
