Benefits Enrollment and Wellness Communications at a GlanceCorporate Synergies provides a library of campaigns designed to drive employee education, engagement and participation. The number of campaigns and deliverables depends on the communications model selected (Level 1: Core; Level 2: Expanded; or Level 3: Custom).

Each model includes a detailed 12-month campaign timeline and a full complement of education and communications materials.

You have access to campaigns that are designed to drive employee education, engagement and participation. The number of campaigns and deliverables depends on the communications model selected. A typical campaign consists of a kick-off letter, poster, postcard, flyer and newsletter.

Level 1Core Communications ModelThe Core Model engages and educates employees with a library of templates for benefit summaries, posters, flyers, postcards, and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, and our monthly Benefits Connection employee health and wellness newsletter.

Level 2Expanded ModelFor an additional fee, Level 2 builds on the Core Model with enhanced and additional components, such as expanded benefits statements, This model features employer branding, strategy and messaging.

Level 3Custom ModelWe provide up to 120 hours of design and writing services as well as personal consultation with our Director of Employee Education, Communications and Wellness. The Custom Model features client-specific stock photography, translation services, and custom printing, binding, distribution and fulfillment services.
