1. Do not try to keep them, inspire them to move. They will gain fantastic skills! To attract them back:
2. You do have a two big challenges that you have to fight- government and the culture.
3. That will change. 4. To speed up the change, team up and lead by example, always. 5. Do small changes on daily bases. I believe in butterfly effect!
