• Employee will printout his/her copy of completed appraisal and meet supervisor for feedback purpose.
• First level supervisor will ensure to schedule this meeting.
• After above meeting both (employee & 1st Level supervisor) will sign the appraisal and submit it to HR&OD department.
• Employee appraisal is a confidential document and must not be shared with others.

1. 15th of April, 2014 Setting up Organizational Objectives, Indicators and learning needs for the Year 2014.
CMT Members/Head of Departments
IMPORTANT NOTE:CMT & Head of Department will develop their objectives/indicators in line with Country strategy/plan/objectives and share the same with their respective teams for their objective setting.
2. 14th of April, 2014 Orientation of Area Programme Managers (APMs) and Area HR Representatives on the EPAS 2014 at CO – Islamabad.
All the APMS and AHROs; Training/Orientation will be provided by
CO HROD
3. 14th – 30th April, 2014 Half day Orientation session for all the Staff at CO and Area Offices by the HROD Representatives.
All the CO and Area Staff of IRP; Training/Orientation provided by Area
HR staff and facilitated by CO HROD staff.
4. 17th – 30th April, 2014 Setting up Objectives, Indicators and learning needs through 1-to-1 meetings in agreement to 1st Level and Technical Supervisor(s);
All the CO and Area Staff of IRP
5 21st - 30th April, 2014 Access to On-line EPAS 2014 For entering agreed Objectives, Indicators & Learning Needs
All eligible staff of IRP
IMPORTANT NOTE:No staff should develop his/her objectives & indicators in isolation and must link with country/department objective/plan/strategy.No staff should enter objectives & indicators in EPAS 2014 without attending orientation session.
