    LIMITATIONS LIMITATIONS

Lack of co-operation by workers because of their busyschedule and high work load.

Workers hesitation to fill the questionnaire.

It was very disappointing for me at times when feedbackgive by workers during PI & filling of questionnaire wastotally contradicting.

It was very tough on my part to conduct the survey bygoing to them personally.

It was quite tough to prepare questionnaire in HINDI.

Above listed are some of important factors which leads tode-motivation and exhortation.
