    Cost saving:

    The amount of money saved as a result of changes to plans or policiesthat

    reduce the expense associated with a business activity

    Identifying cost saving opportunities can help a business to increaseprofits

    by reducing outflows.

    EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION:
