Employees Rally on #GivingTuesday - $43,748 for United Way Dec. 1, 2015: Central FL – SECO Energy places huge emphasis on one of its most important cooperative principles – concern for community. Throughout November and culminating Dec. 1 – #GivingTuesday - its employees participated in a Trifecta of Giving opportunity to serve as community partners in the not- for-profit cooperative’s seven-county service territory. In the spirit of Giving Tuesday, SECO’s community-minded employees are giving to the Toys for Tots program; delivering food for local kids’ weekend backpack programs, and donating to United Way campaigns that support Central Florida counties. SECO employees have pledged a grand total of $43,748 to the 2016 United Way campaigns in the co-op’s service territory. Throughout November and culminating Dec. 1 #GivingTuesday - its employees participated in a Trifecta of Giving opportunity to serve as community partners in the not-for-profit cooperatives seven-county service territory.

    In the spirit of Giving Tuesday, SECOs community-minded employees are giving to the Toys for Tots program; delivering food for local kids weekend backpack programs, and donating to United Way campaigns that support Central Florida counties.

    SECO employees have pledged a grand total of $43,748 to the 2016 United Way campaigns in the co-ops service territory. Pledges for the counties SECO Energy serves:
