    GENERAL CONDITIONS

    1. Age below 35 years for Sl.No. 01 and 30 years for Sl.No. 02, 03 & 04. Relaxable by 5years in case of SC/ST and 3 years in case of OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates andas per rules for Ex-servicemen and Physically handicapped. Reservation of posts forSC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/ Ex-Servicemen as per Government of Indiadirectives.

    2. The above vacancies are provisional.

    3. Relaxation of experience may be considered in case of deserving candidates forJr.Officer (Survey) (Trainee).

    4. Where the number of applications received in response to advertisement is large, theCompany reserves the right to fix the criteria for calling the candidates on the basis ofqualifications, experience, etc. After screening the applications, the candidates will becalled for written test.

    5. Cut off date for determining the age limit of candidates for the post will be closing dateof receipt of application.

    6. In the selection process, a candidate has to secure minimum marks in the written test

    to be called for interview. The minimum marks will be decided by the Company basedon the performance of the candidate in the written examination. However, since thefinal selection would depend on the number of vacancies as also relative performance,merely qualifying in the written test and personal interview, will not entitle a candidateto appointment in the Company. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject topassing the companys medical examination as standards laid down under policy.

    7. Company reserves the right to cancel/ restrict/ enlarge the recruitment procedure andprocess, if the need so arises, without issuing any notice or assigning any reasonthereof.

    8. Candidates appearing for written test will come at their own expense. However, out-station SC/ST/PwD candidates will be paid TA of second class Railway/Bus fare on

    production of Railway/Bus tickets by shortest route as per rules. All the outstationcandidates called for interview will be reimbursed to-and-fro single IInd class Train orBus fare by the shortest route subject to production of proof of inward journey.

    9. (i) The Management may, depending upon the suitability of the candidates, offerthe posts of Jr.Officer (Survey)/ Jr.Officer (Survey)(Trainee). In the case of Trainees, thetraining period will be for 1 year. The stipend consolidated will be paid as indicated incolumn No. 02 below.

    (ii) Candidate selected for the post of Sl.No. 02, 03 & 04 will be placed as Traineefor 18 months duration, during which they will be paid a consolidated stipend asindicated in Column (2) below. On successful completion of training period, they will be

    10. On successful completion of training period and placement in regular scale of pay, inaddition to basic pay and dearness allowance, the candidates will be eligible for otherfringe benefits like conveyance allowance, free medical facilities, leave travelconcession, leave encashment, incentive bonus, gratuity, family pension, providentfund etc as per Corporation rule in force from time to time.

    11. Applications should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 100/-(Rupeeshundred only) in respect of Jr.Officer (Survey) (Trainee) Post i.e.(Sl.No. 01) and forposts of Sl.No. 02, 03 & 04 for Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) drawn in favour of Jt.G.M.(Finance), BIOM, Kirandul Complex, Kirandul payable at State Bank of India, Kirandul.Demand Draft is not necessary for SC/ST & PwD candidates.
