ASSESS SET GOALS OUTLINE STEPS MEASURE

You have to know how things are now, to know which areas to take action on and improve.That means, at the very least,taking stock of your social media presence, your online employee rreviews, how your job listings look like, how much you’re spending on recruiting and overall online reputation.

No employer branding strategy would be complete without goals that help define what success would look like. Someexample goals to aim for: more job applicants, less budget spent on recruiting qualified candidates, on recruiting qualified candidates, shorter time-to-hire, and more visibility and awareness for your company as a great place to work.

Once you’ve established your goals, decide what actions you’ll take and outline them so that everyone on your team is aligned on next steps. Some common example steps: claiming your compacompany profile on review sites, responding to employee reviews, and rolling out an employer brand-focused social media plan.

One of the biggest mistakescompanies make with theiremployer branding strategy(and many other strategies)is not actively monitoring andmeasuring performance on actions thactions they take. Avoid thisby deciding what you need to measure and having clarity around how you’ll measure it.
