registered in Ontario and have
WSIB coverage and/or third party
liability insurance. • Advertising, recruiting, and
interviewing
• Pre-screening candidates at no
extra cost
• Providing on-site training and job
coaching at no extra cost
• Unpaid job trials for you to
determine employment potential
• Wage subsidy during training
and/or job coaching to off-set
your costs
• Follow-up support for up to 33
months
• Community recognition for
providing an inclusive work place.
