Real Estate Investment and Finance is designed to give you a broad knowl-

edge and understanding of property within national and international in-

vestment markets and with the skills needed to research, analyse and advise

on investment decisions accordingly. It provides those from varied profes-

sional and academic backgrounds with an entry into the real estate profes-

sion while also enhancing the knowledge and skills of those already em-

ployed in the field. Including complementary courses in other aspects of

economics and the built environment, this programme gives students an

Time Flexibility

Postgraduate degrees have a proposed dura-tion of about 24 months. However students can choose to adapt their studies at their own pace and programme, offering working pro-fessionals the capability to tailor the pro-gramme around their needs.

Intakes - Application

Students can choose to start in various entry points throughout the year.

The application must be submitted to the University through iCon, at least 2 weeks prior to each intake to allow for the correct preparation of the application and enough time for any contingencies that might arise.

Support

The programmes are designed in a way that allows the student to tailor his studies ac-cording to the changing employment and personal situations he faces or his needs. Full support is provided by means of flexible tui-tion offered in innovative form through iCon.

Students attend lectures and workshops in our training centre (if resident in Athens) oth-erwise they receive the links to the video-taped tutorials and also receive live tuition via our online system by approved tutors which have high academic abilities and pro-fessional experience.

The need for quantity surveyors is vital for the efficient financial manage-

ment of construction projects. This programme is designed using principles

that are applicable in many quantity surveying and financial management

industrial sectors. It provides students with a solid theoretical base coupled

with current and future approaches to practical quantity surveying practice.
