Across India as well as around the globe, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is emerging as a significant concept in the arena

of business. It is becoming an important constituent of the mainstream corporate agenda. The growing importance of CSR has

rewritten the relationship of business with not just the shareholders, but its various stakeholders including employees, supply

chain partners, government, creditors, customers and surrounding communities. . The ultimate aim of CSR is to positively impact

communities, cultures, environment and society at large in which companies operate.

There has been a growing trend among Indian companies towards adopting the stakeholder model of Corporate Social

Responsibility as their core business strategy. As part of public-private-partnership initiatives, a joint movement has thus begun

to address and solve social, environmental and economical problems, through CSR in a collaborative way.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is emerging as the soul of every business and thus, an essential aspect of corporate

management and strategy. This is the way not only to overcome competition but to ensure sustainable growth.

ABOUT INCOR GROUP CSR DIVISION (INDIS FOUNDATION)INCOR GROUP has established the CSR division from the inception of the company to seek opportunities to maximize our

positive contribution to society and in this way builds the foundation for the long term business. This attitude is at the core of our

corporate social responsibility strategy. Our commitment is designed to meet the need of the environment, community as well

as development opportunities in rural India. Hence INCOR GROUP established a society named INDIS FOUNDATION, which

acts as the CSR arm of the company.

OPERATIONAL AREA AND TARGET GROUP

AREA OF OPERATIONThe area of operation will be of three types.

a) Property Development Site proximity Location specific activities in 14 villages covering the mandals of Rajendranagar,

Vikarabad and Moinabad of Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

b) Hyderabad and Secunderabad Metro region.

c) Chennai PBEL City project area covering 7 Villages.

CSR PROGRAM ACTIVITIES DURING THE PERIOD 2012 TO 2015

As part of INCOR CSR activity INDIS FOUNDATION organized various socio – Economic, Environmental, Skill Training and Employment promotion activities in its adopted areas. The details of the activities implemented during the period April 2012 – Sept 2015 are as follows;

From the inception put its efforts on gender awareness, group formation, skill training in rural areas for the women and youth and environmental and traffic awareness in the metro region. Poorest of the poor women, Youth, Land less poor, children and the other disadvantage groups are its target group.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION -PERAMCHERVU LAKE CLEANIGN PROGRAM

As part of Environmental protection of the PEERAN CHERVU LAKE in association with the PBEL City residents organized

the LAKE Cleaning program on 5th May-2012.

About 100 participants were involved in the lake cleaning program consisting of the PBEL City residents, PBEL staff,

Volunteers from JNNURM colony, villagers, NGOs, nearby school teachers and the volunteers from Govt. agencies like MEO,

APPA, etc.

Apart from the general cleaning program of removing the waste plastics and other material, silt removal and tree plantation

activity also was undertaken. PBEL City Engineering Dept. and the L&T helped the needed equipment and transport facilities

for the program. Flexi banners and the posters were displayed in the identified important locations. All the required materials of

plastic disposable bags to carry the wastes, Glouses, cleaning material, face masks and other precautions were taken to comply

with the hygienic and safety requirements.

PBEL DONATED 50 I.V. STANDS TO THE KOTI GOVT. MATERNITY HOSPITAL.

PBEL-CSR responding to the article in Eenadu dt. 8-2-2013 on the scarcity of the I.V .Stands at the Koti Govt. Maternity Hospital and the difficulties faced by the pregnant women and their attendants, PBEL management donated 50 I.V. stands to the Hospital on 6-2-2013. PBEL CSR Division team handed over the same to the RMO Smt. Sharada. Acknowledging it the RMO appreciated the gesture of the PBEL management.

FIRST AID MEDICAL KITS DISTRIBUTION TO THE GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS IN RAJENDRANAGAR MANADAL.

On behalf of PBEL CSR Division - INDIS FOUNDATION organized the First Aid Medical Kit Distribution program to the 65 Govt. schools located in the Rajendranagar Mandal area. Smt. Sujatha, Mandal Development Officer (MDO), Mr. Bhupati Rao, Mandal Education Officer (MEO), Smt. Laxmi, Secretary Permachervu Gram Panchayat and Mr. Soma Jagan Mohan Reddy from PBEL attended as Guests, addressed the participants and handed over the Medical Kits. The guests and the respective school head masters appreciated the efforts in organizing the program which helps hundreds of students.

FASHION DESIGN CUM TAILORING PROGRAM FOR THE WOMEN AT A.S.RAO NAGAR

INDIS FOUNDATION in association with NSIC (National Small Industry Corporation -Govt. of India) organized the Fashion Design cum Tailoring program for the 20 women members in A.S. Raonagar area .This program was organized at ECIL area jointly in collaboration with a local NGO by name ABHAYA. NSIC contributed the financial assistance of Rs. 2,00,000 for conducting the program which includes the training cost and distribution of sewing machine at free of cost to all the successfully trained candidates. NSIC also assured to provide the marketing linkages for the product made by the women members.

PAINT DONATION TO SCHOOLS IN RAJENDRANAGAR MANDAL

INDIS FOUNDATION (PBEL-CSR Division) contributed 200 ltrs of ASIAN PAINT to Govt. Schools in Rajendranagar in Ranga Reddy district. Paint Material was handed over to Mandal Education Office Rajendra nager to implement the program for the required schools.

FREE EYE CAMP AT PBEL CITY PREMISES IN COLLABORATION WITH LIONS CLUB OF B.HILLS AND KUKATPALLY

Lions Club of Hyderabad, Banjara Hills and Kukatpally in association with local NGO - Shantiram Trust conducted a “FREE EYE CARE CAMP ” on 4-10-2012 Friday at Peramchervu area covering Bandlaguda,Hydershakot and Kismatpur villages. Consultant ophthalmologists from Sadhuram Eye Hospital, Hyderabad attended and examined the patients. About 185 adults and 75 children availed the services of the program. For the deserving 45 patients Free Spectacles was distributed on this occasion.

BIO DIVERSITY CONSERVATION PROGRAM AT KHANAPUR AND HYDERSHAKOT

INDIS FOUNDATION & DDS jointly organized NEAC 2012-13 BiodiversityConservation Programs (Ministry of Environment & Forest) on Environmental awareness & Plantation campaign at Khanpur & Hydershakota in Rajendranagar mandal on 21st & 30 November-2012 respectively. Awareness on the environmental protection and conservation was created among the villagers and the school children followed by the distribution of plants to each one to plant at their houses and protect them.

FREE DRINKING WATER CAMP AT APPA JUNCTION AREA

Organised Free Drinking Water Camp at PBEL City project area during the summer period from 02-04-2013 to 30-06-2013 for the benefit of the commuters of the area. Coordinated its functioning with property care team of PBEL. Daily 1000 to 1200 ltrs of drinking water to the camp was provided. Totally in this two months about 3000-4000 people utilized the service of this camp and expressed their immense satisfaction.

AADHAR CENTER PHASE -2 CONDUCTED AT PBEL CITY SITE ON 5-5-2013

INDIS FOUNDATION, Hyderabad has organized ii-phase of Aadhar center at PBEL City site on 5-5-2013 who were not enrolled earlier. In this program about 68 persons covering the areas of PBEL City,Peeramcheruvu and other nearby villages utilized the services. INDIS FOUNDATION provided required facilities to organize a center and also took part in mobilizing the candidates to reach the Aadhar center.

CAMPUS PLACEMENT UNDER RYK PROGRAM TO THE ITI - VIKARABAD STUDENTS

Under the RYK program a campus placement program was organized for the students of ITI Vikarabad and other neighboring ITI Passed out students. Coordinated the program and successful in recruitment of 74 candidates belongs to the Fitter, Electrician, Diesel Mechanic and COPA trades in various companies.

PERAMCHERVU LAKE CLEANING AND PLANTATION PROGRAM

Peeramcheruvu lake cleaning and plantation program was organized on 22-06-2013 (Environmental Awareness/ lake protection & Plantation). Smt. Sujatha, MDO, Rajendranagar participated as the chief Guest. In this program nearly 300 Volunteers participated and removed the plastic & other wastes as well as silt from the lake. After that plantation program was taken up covering the lake as well as the bunds. PBEL employees, PBEL City Residents, JNNURM colony volunteers, Kismathpur & Hydershakota school children and Employees, Peeramcheruvu village volunteers, participated in this program.

PROPERTY TAX COLLECTION CENTRES AT PBEL CITY PREMISES

Organised Property Tax collection center with the help of Secretary, Peeramchervu Grampanchayat and MDO,Rajendranagar for the convenience of PBEL City residents to pay their property Tax at PBEL City premises itself in 2 times. About 150 numbers of people utilized these facilities at the centre.

WOMEN DEVELOPMENT BY SKILLTRAINING PROGRAM FOR JNNURM WEAKER SECTION WOMEN

PBEL-CSR Division (INDIS FOUNDATION) organized a skill training program namely “WOMEN DEVELOPMENT BY SKILL TRAINING PROGRAM” FOR JNNURM WEAKER SECTION WOMEN at PBEL city site area for JNNURM Colony poor women. The inauguration program was done on 02-09-2013.

In this program Smt. Sujatha, MDO, Rajendranagar,Mr.Venkata Chalapathi, DGM, NSIC, Hyd, S. Jagan Mohanreddy, GM, PBEL, Hyd, Mr. PV. Ramana, DGM, PBEL & CSR Head were participated. This program is aimed to train 27 womenmembers in Garment Making and make them as successful entrepreneurs, promoting their business. This program was conducted for duration of 2 Moths. After the successful training NSIC Govt. of India provided Sewing Machines at free of cost to the women.

PLANTATION PROGRAM IN COLLABORATION WITH GREEN REVOLUTION, HYD.

INDIS FOUNDATION organized the Plantation Program (under 1 crore plantation program) sponsored by Govt. of A.P at Peeramchervu area. In this program nearly 1000 plants were planted at PBEL City and Peramcheruvu lake areas. Plants were supplied by, Govt. of A.P with the help of an NGO namely, Council for Green Revolution, Hyderabad. In this program PBEL employees, PBEL City Residents, JNNURM colony volunteers, Kismathpur & Hydershakota school children andPeeramcheruvu village volunteers, participated.

November at NSIC Premises in ECIL area . The Director of the Planning Commission, Govt. of India Sri. Ravinder, IES, attended as the Chief Guest. Besides him the NSIC Center head Mr. Venkatachalapathi, Mr. Sivaram from NSIC and from PBEL-CSR division Mr. Soma Jagan Mohan Reddy Mr. Goverdhan Reddy and Mr. P.V. Ramana participated in the meeting and addressed the participants.

Few trainee women Participants shared their learning experiences during the training period. Mr. P. Rambabu with an active participation coordinated the entire program implementation from the beginning tills the conclusion of it. NSIC GM Expressed immense satisfaction for successful conduction of the program in professional way and appreciated the INDIS FOUNDATION efforts in implementing the program.

Later the chief guest of the program and the guests distributed free Sewing Machines and Certificates to the successfully completed women participants of JNNURM weaker section colony.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS PROGRAM FOR THE SCHOOL STUDENTS. Awareness programs on Environmental protection were organized at the local schools namely SRINIDHI CONCEPTSCHOOL, Hydershakot and LITTLE SCHOLARS HIGH SCHOOL, KISMATPUR, comprising of Exhibitions, drawings, Essay writings, debates on the themes of Bio-diversity conservation and promotion. The students, teachers and villagers participated in this program. As chief guests Sri. Gopinath Reddy, IPS, Ex. DGP (Prisons) participated. MPDO ofRajendranagar mandal Smt. Subhashini and MEO of Rajendranagar Mandal Mr. Bhupathi

STAR SKILL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE EDUCATED AND UNEMPLOYED YOUTH FOR EMPLOYMENT GENERATION.

During the months of May and June-2014, PBEL-CSR division in collaboration with SKILLS ACADEMY andCELEBRAN, Hyderabad started a Skill training program for the educated unemployed youth to provide immediate employment opportunity. This program is sponsored as part of its STAR PROGRAM by NSDC, Govt. of India. INDIS FOUNDATION acted as the Local Training Resource partner (LTRP) in organizing this program.

In this session 259 (62+115+41) participants were Trained on various skill training programs in the trades of 1) Retail Trade Asst 2) Telecom Asst 3) Auto Mobile Asst at ECIL, ITI vikarabad and STEAD, Hyderabad. For the successfully completed and passed candidates NSDC provided the certification as well as employment opportunity besides a stipend Rs. 1000 towards sustenance allowance.

NGOs INTERACTION PROGRAM TO PROMOTE HEALTH EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE IN VISHAKAPATNAM DISTRICT

INDIS FOUNDATION with an objective to promote the Health Education and Demonstration activities to the rural and tribal areas of Vishakhapatnam district and link up the Rural Health Promoters (RHPs) to OMNI-RK Hospital at Vizag an NGO interaction program was organized at Vizag and Narsipatnam areas on 18th and 19th of June 2014. About 70 local NGOs participated in the program ( 28 members covering the Vizag urban and paderu regions and 41 members from Narsipatnam area). At the end the NGOs formed in to “ INDIS FOUNDATION CSR – Network” and identified about 350 potential RHPs to represent their areas and promote the Health education programs as well as link up patients to OMNI RK, Vizag for providing affordable, Hi-tech Medicare to the needy.

Rao also participated in the program and explained to the participants on the importance of Bio–diversity, its conservation and promotional measures to be adopted to safeguard our ecosystem. At the end of the programparticipation certificates were given to all the students and prizes were distributed for the successful candidates in the competitions

EYE CAMP IN ASSOCIATION WITH LIONS CLUB OF KUKATPALLY

INDIS FOUNDATION (PBEL –CSR Division) in association with LIONS CLUB OF HYDERABAD, KUKATPALLY jointly organized a FREE EYE CHECK UP CAMP at Khanapur village of Rajendranagar mandal on 12-9-2014. Ophthalmologists from the SADHURAM EYE HOSPITAL and PEACE FOUNDATION participated in the camp and extend their professional services. In the camp about 300 people, mostly women and men aged about 50 – 65 years from the village as well as surrounding places participated and utilized the free eye check up services by Spectacles were provided to 89 patients at free of cost by the LIONS CLUB

OF HYDERABAD, KUKATPALLY to the deserving members.

Also for 12 patients eye surgery was done free of cost by SADHURAM EYE HOSPITAL, Hyderabad. In this program from LIONS CLUB the 1st VDG Ln. Hanumantha Rao, Ln. Eswar Reddy, Ln L. Raghuram Reddy, Ln. Venkat Rao, Ln Subbireddy participated. From PBEL Sri. Goverrdhan Reddy, Sri. Soma Jagan Mohan Reddy, Sri. P.V. Ramana and Mr.Rambabuparticipated and helped in successful conduction of the program. The ACP of Rajendrangar Sri Muthyam Reddy, Rajendranagar Mandal President Sri. Mallesh, Khanapur Sarpanch Sri. Narsimha participated as Guests and extended their support and also distributed free spectacles to the patients.

SKILL TRAINING FOR WOMEN AT HIMAYATSAGAR

INDIS FOUNDATION with an objective of providing skill training to the women and youth in collaboration with Khadi Maha Vidyalaya (a State Govt. institution), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad organized the skill training program in Leaf plate making and paper products making to 30 poor women of Himayatsagar village.

Women members of the village who are willing to undergo the skill training was identified and provided the training at Himyat sagar village from 21st September for a period of 45 days with the help of Khadi Mahavidyalaya Instructors. On completion of the training each of 5 women will be made in to Self Help Groups (SHGs) and start their own enterprises to earn the additional income to the family. This initiative of INDIS FOUNDATION will help the poor women to improve their financial status and also improve their livelihood. It is expected that each of the women through their self employment activity will earn on average Rs.5000 per month.

SWATCHA BHARATH PROGRAMM AT PBLECITY LAKE AND JNNURM COLONY

PBEL CSR Division conducted Swatch Bharath Programme at Peeramchervu Lake & at JNNURM colony areas on 22-11-14. PBEL Employees, PBEL City residents, JNNURM colony, peeramcheruvu village volunteers and the local Government school–Hydershakota students actively took part in this program. All together about 150 members participated and cleaned the Peeramchervu lake as well as the JNNURM colony streets for about 3 hours from 9 am -12 noon. The Peeramachervu Sarpanch Smt.Malathi Nagarj, MDO Smt. Subhasini, and Peeramchervu Grampanchayat ward and MPTC members also participated in thecleaning drive.

PROVIDING HEARING AIDS AND ARTIFICIAL LIMBS TO THE POOR

PBEL CSR Division (INDIS FOUNDATION) in collaboration with NSIC-TSC (Govt. of India) under the CSR Initiative organized the program on “Providing the Artificial Limbs and Hearing Aids to the Physically Challenged poor “ covering the areas of Vikarabad, Tandur, Dharur, Yalal, Parigi and Kulkacherla Mandals of Ranga Reddy District. As part of this, INDIS FOUNDATION conducted the survey of the areas and organized the Screening as well as the measurement camps at two locations i.e. Vikarabad and Tandur to identify the real needy beneficiaries of this program. By this exercise shortlisted about 63 eligible candidates (27 members to provide Artificial Limbs and for 36 members hearing aids) from among the 270 people attended.

On 30-12-2014 a program was organized at the ITI-Vikarabad premises to distribute the instruments to the candidates at free of cost. For this program Shri. B. Mahender Reddy, Honble Minister for Transport – Govt. of Telangana attended as the Chief Guest and distributed the required artificial limbs and hearing aids to the benefices in a specially organized function. Besides him the General Manager and Centre Head of NSIC Mr.Venkata Chalapathy, Mr. L. Raghurami Reddy,Mr.Goverdhan Reddy, of PBEL, MLA of Vikarabad Shri. Sanjeeva Rao, MLA of Chevella constituency Shri.Yadaiah, local ZPTC and MPTC members attended the program . Addressing the gathering the minister and the MLA’s appreciated the services of INDIS FOUNDATION and thanked the management for initiating such an useful program for the poor.

from the Rural and Tribal areas to provide Hi-tech Medicare at an affordable cost to the poor. In this program about 150 NGOs attended in the both camps.

As a follow up of this program the NGO network selected 319 active candidates who will work as the Rural HealthPromoters (RHPs) in the villages and guide the patients and the general public on the Health care as well as Health education programs and link up the needy patients to the OMNI-RK Hospital at Vizag to get an affordable treatment and excellent service to the patients .

LEAF PLATE MAKING TRAINING PROGRAM TO30 BPL WOMEN AT HIMAYATHSAGAR

PBEL CSR Division i.e. INDIS FOUNDATION and Khadi Gramodyog Maha Vidyalaya, Rajendranagar Jointly organised Leaf plates Making Training program for 30 BPL women in Himayathsagr village on 22-09-2014. KGMV has trained on various verities leaf plates and leaf products and provided certificates to successful trained candidates. The certificates distribution program was attended by Sri Mallesh, Mandal Prasident, Rajendranagar, Sri. Sashtry, Principal, KGMV, Sri Venugopal, MPTC, Himayathsagr, Smt. Shivaleela Kashinath, Sarpanch, Himayathsagr and provided certificated to 30 women those who are successful trained beneficiaries.

EYE CAMP IN ASSOCIATION WITH LIONS CLUB OFKUKATPALLY AT PEERAMCHERUVU VILLAGE

INDIS FOUNDATION (PBEL –CSR Division) in association with LIONS CLUB OFHYDERABAD, KUKATPALLY organized a FREE EYE CHECK UP CAMP on 24-3-2015 at Peeramcheruvu village of Rajendranagar Mandal . In the camp Ophthalmologists from the SADHURAM EYE HOSPITAL participated andextended their professional services to the patients. In total 150 patients from Peeramchervu, Bandlaguda and other surrounding villages attended the camp and availed the eye check up services, also 58 patients were given freespectacles. The village sarpanch, ward members, MPTC, ZPTC members of the area actively participated in the camp, distributed free spectacles and helped for thesuccessful conduction of the camp. From PBEL company Shri. L. Raghurami Reddy, Shri. Soma Jagan Mohan Reddy were participated. From Lions Club Kukatpally branch Shri. Eswar Reddy and team of 6 members participated. Mr. P. Rambabu of CSR Division coordinated the entire program implementation.

TRAININING FOR RURALHEALTHPROMOTERS OF VIZAG LINKING OMNI RK

In the month of June 2014 with an objective of spreading the Multi Specialty Hi-tech Medicare service to the Rural and Tribal poor ofVishakapatnam district and nearby areas of Andhra Pradesh, INDIS FOUNDATION inassociation with the NGO networks of Vizag and Narsipatnam areas and OMNIRK- Multi Specialty Hospital organized an NGO meet to identify the RURAL HEALTH PROMOTERS (RHP). The RHPs will motivate the people on the services andspecialties of OMNI RK and link up the patients

SWACHH HYDERABAD PROGRAM FROMTIPPUKHAN BRIDGE TO TS POLICE ACADAMY

To Supplement the Telangana State Government efforts of SWACHH HYDERABAD Program, with the initiative of Sri. Anand Reddy, the PBEL –INCOR CSR Division in association with L&T and MICRON taken up 2 day SWACH Hyderabad program from Tipukhan Bridge to TSPA Circle covering about 6 kms area from 18-5-2015 to 20-5-2015. The total programplanning was done in a systematic way identifying 5 important points of concentration in the entire stretch. Team distribution was done in such a way that each point to have the combination of all the PBEL, L&T and Micron employees and workers. In this program total PBEL Staff, L&T and Micron along with other 200workers participated for successful implementation of the program. Although the program was planned for two days due to huge dustdeposition on either side of the Road dividers as well as near the foot path areas, the work continued for 5 days i.e. from 18-5-2015 to 22-5-2015(Monday to Friday) On an average every day about 300 workers with the machinery support like Tractors, JCB, BOBCAT, Dozer, large Ladder took part in the program. In spite of high temperatures ranging from 45-47 degrees the work continued by giving lunch break from 12.30 to 2.30 pm with a clear determination to complete the program. The first day of the program was inaugurated by Telangana StateLegislative Council Chairman Sri. Swamy Goud. With him the local officials and people representatives like MDO, Mandal President, Sarpanch, MPTC, ZPTC, members of the Bandalguda, Hydershakot, peeramchervu, Himayatsagar also participated in the program. He appreciated thevoluntary efforts of the corporate companies like PBEL, L&T and Micron in taking up such initiatives. Also on this occasion Sri. Anand Reddy from PBEL and Mr. Sekhar reddy, from CREDAI addressed the gathering and explained the intention of taking up this initiative. The Member of Parliament, Chevella, Sri. Konda Vishweswhar Reddy garu participated as the chief guest and visited each and every point in the program area and inspired the teams involving in the works as well as educating the teams on wastes recycling process and its benefits. PBEL employees from all the divisions participated and took the leadership for the successful implementation of the program. In the entire program of 5 days totally about 1200 person days of work involved, cleared the 6 kms stretch of the area by removing 240 tractor loads of dust and sand at dividers and foot path areas and about 70 tractor loads of Garbage material at various locations, on about 200electrical poles the flexes and hoardings were removed .

SWACHH PBEL PROGRAM AT PEERAMCHERUVU LAKE AREA

PBEL CSR Division (INDIS Foundation) in association with L&T, Micron and PCOA organized the SWACHA PBEL City Program on 27-6-2015 at Peeramchervu lake area. The major works carried out as part of the Lake Cleaning include: 1) Plastic wastes removal, 2) Bushes clearance in the lake area. PBEL, L&T, Micron employees as well as PBEL City residents and few villagers took active part in the Lake Cleaning program .Besides the Volunteers L&T deployed the machinery like JCB and Tipper. All together about 120 peopleparticipated in the program and rendered their voluntary service.

LEAF PLATES AND PAPER PRODUCTS MAKING PROGRAM AT KHANAPUR

As part of this initiative, on the request of the Rajendranagar Mandal President , PBEL – CSR Division (INDIS FOUNDATION) organized the Skill training program for the below poverty line women on “LEAFE PLATES AND PAPER PRODUCTS MAKING”. For this training 30 BPL women of the village were selected and the skill training was imparted for 15 days from 6-8-2015 to 21-8-2015 at the village itself with the technical collaboration of the Rural Technology Park of NIRD(Government of India). On 24-8-2015 In the Gram Sabha organized at Khanapur village, Mr. C.V. Anand, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, attended as the chief guest and distributed the certificates to the successful trained women. In the certificate distribution program theRajendranagar Mandal president Mr. Mallesh and the village sarpanch was also present and distributed the certificates.

HARITHA HARAM (PLANTATION) PROGRAM AT PBEL CITY AND PEERAMCHERUVU LAKE AREA

PBEL –CSR Division(INDIS FOUNDATION) in association with L&T, Micron Electricals, Ushodaya High School - Hyderguda and Little Flower High school of Rajendranagar area organized the “HARITHA HARAM “Plantation program covering the PBEL City, Peeramchervu lake on Friday, 7-8-2015. Besides the High school students from Ushodaya and Little Flower High School, volunteers from PBEL Residents,Horticulture, Engineering, property care, customer support, CSR divisions and L&T team actively participated in the program. The plantation program started at 9.30 am with the inauguration by the Rajendranagar Mandal President Mr. Mallesh, Local village leaders from the Peeramchervu and other areas joined him and participated in the program, In the plantation drive from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm about 150 members( volunteers, workers, students) participated and planted 900 plants of various verities. The local press covered entire program and appreciated the efforts.

CSR –ACTIVITIES AT PBEL-CITY CHENNAI PROJECT

PBEL City –Chennai as part of its CSR activity on the occasion of Children Day celebrations i.e. Nov-14th 2013(on Jawaharlal Nehru’s Birthday) donated the play equipment like SEE-SAW, SLIDER, SWING to the Children of the Thaiyur Govt. Primary School, at Thaiyur, Thiruporur Taluk.

In a function organised at the School premises, school children, teachers, parents of the children and other guests attend-ed and graced the occasion.

Thiayur Panchayat president Mr. Kumarvel and Mrs. Margadham kumarvel- Thiruporur union chairperson attended as the chief guest of the function and addressed the meeting in which he appreciated the PBEL-Chennai initiative to provide the play equipment to the poor children and it is the first of its kind in the area. He also stressed that this will greatly help the children particularly to the primary school children to play. Few teachers also spoke on this occasion and appreciated PBEL efforts.

The PBEL –Chennai team consisting of Mr. Roossoe, Mr. Ravi Kumar, Mr. Balachandar and Mr. Ramana from PBEL,Hyderabad participated in the function. The CSR Head Mr. P.V. Ramana spoke on this occasion and said glad to be here on this great day amongst the children and participating in the PBEL-Chennai CSR activity. In the coming days more CSR programs will be initiated in this area for the benefit of the people of the area with the co coordination of Mr. Chakravarthy, of the PBEL –Chennai branch.

After the program the children organised the cultural program imitating the national leaders and the great poets wearing their dresses which inspired and impressed the gathering
