    ABSTRACT

Main source of people to hide the money will be investing that

money in some other business in his binomy's name or buying

properties in his binomy's name.more than these a huge sum

of money will be kept safe for nobodys' use in the swiss

bank.swiss bank dumps around 75lac crores of indian blackmoney which might satisfy an annual budget of India. Many

countries are facing the problem of duplicating their curreny

by some anti-social activists. This shows a great effect on the

countires economy. This is the report which helps us intracking the fake currency. We use metal tag printers and the

alloys of semi conducting metals and metals used for metal

    tag printing.

    CURRENCY

Financial Instruments and 'Hundies' in India have a venerable history. PaperMoney, in the modern sense, traces its origins to the late eighteenth century withthe issues of private banks as well as those of semi-government banks. The PaperCurrency Act of 1861 conferred upon Government of India the monopoly of NoteIssue bringing to end banknote issues of Private and Presidency Banks.

Government of India continued to issue currency notes till the Reserve Bank ofIndia (RBI) was established on 1st April, 1935. Reserve Bank issued banknotes inJanuary 1938 when the first Five Rupee banknote was issued bearing the portraitof George VI. This was followed by Rs. 10 in February, Rs. 100 in March and Rs.1,000 and Rs. 10,000 in June 1938. The George VI series continued till 1947 andthereafter as a frozen series till 1950 when post independence banknotes wereissued, with the Ashoka Pillar watermark.

Banknotes in the Mahatma Gandhi Series were introduced in 1996 and wereissued in a phased manner in the denominationsofRs.5, Rs.10, Rs.20, Rs.50, Rs.100, Rs.500 and Rs.1000.

Banknotes in MG series 2005, in the denomination of Rs.10, Rs.20, Rs.50, Rs.100Rs.500, and Rs.1000 with additional / new security features are presently beingissued.

Can banknotes and coins be issued

    only in these denominations?

Not necessarily. The Reserve Bank can also issue

banknotes in the denominations of five thousand

rupees and ten thousand rupees, or any other

denomination that the Central Government mayspecify. There cannot, though, be banknotes in

denominations higher than ten thousand rupees

in terms of the current provisions of the Reserve

Bank of India of Act, 1934. Coins can be issued

up to the denomination of Rs.1000.

Steps taken to increase the supply of

banknotes and coins. Several steps have been taken to augment the supply of banknotes and

    coins. Some of these are:

The existing banknote printing presses and the mints owned by theGovernment have been modernised.

Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran (P) Ltd., was set up as a fully ownedsubsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India on February 03, 1995. Under its

aegis two banknote printing presses with the state-of-the-art technology, one each at Mysore (Karnataka) and Salboni (West Bengal), commencedproduction from June 01, 1996 and December 11, 1996, respectively.

To bridge the demand-supply gap, the Government had, as a one-timemeasure, imported banknotes, in the year 1997-98.

Government of India had also imported rupee coins during 2000-2003 to

supplement the supply of coins from the four mints. The overall positionof both banknote and coin supply is comfortable now.

The Regional Offices of RBI launched aggressive campaigns for providingexchange facility to the members of public.

    Why are Re.1, Rs.2, Rs.5 banknotes

    not being printed?

Volume-wise, the share of such small denominationbanknotes in the total banknotes in circulation wasvery high but in terms of value they constituted a verysmall percentage. The average life of these banknotes

was found to be less than a year. The cost of printingand servicing these banknotes was, thus, notcommensurate with their life, and printing of thesebanknotes was, therefore, discontinued. Thesedenominations were coinised. However, Rs.5 was re-

introduced in 2001 to supplement the gap between thedemand and supply of coins in this denomination. Theprinting of Rs.5 banknotes has been discontinued fromthe year 2005.

    HERE COMES THE IDEA

    BARCODES ON CURRENCY

    HOW IT WORKS..??

    PRINTING BARCODES ON CURRENCY

    NOTES BY METALLIC PRINTING

  • 8/2/2019 End of Black Money and Fake Currency

    10/21

    HOW.?????

We can use semiconducting metals which will

be used to prepare transistors for metallic

    printing.

We use METAL TAG PRINTER for this..

    WHAT NEXT???

Using barcode scanners for scanning the new

    printed notes.

  • 8/2/2019 End of Black Money and Fake Currency

    12/21

    DETECTING FAKE NOTES

These scanners will be connected to different

    intermediate servers.

    INTERMEDIATE SERVERS WILL BE

    CONNECTED TO MAIN SERVER..

    PERFECT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Each and every transaction of each note will bestored in the server data.

So , when huge transactions are done , the

money will be scanned. Then the buyer or the person who is making the

transactions must provide suitable documents forthe property and even this information will be

    stored in the server.

This way we can achieve a perfect accountmanagement.

    TRACKING THE BLACK MONEY

How ever , if there are no proper records for thecurrency being used , it will be caught when it isscanned.

There is no chance of buying the properties onthe name of others because the documentsshould be provided for everything.

If anyone buys the land on the name of others ,the property will belong to that particular person

forever. So , this can be eliminated But some people hide their money in various

    places.

WHAT WE CAN DO TO THE PEOPLE

    WHO HIDE THEIR MONEY..???

Here comes the role of barcode again.

As we print the metal codes on the notes

using semiconducting metals which will be

used to prepare transistors , we can track the

money using GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM .

    THE MAIN SERVER WILL BE

    CONNECTED TO A SATELLITE

    THE SATELLITE WORKING

However , when the money is in circulationwe will have a perfect idea of transactions ,but the hidden money will not be intocirculation.

Once ,the currency of a particular sequence isnot into circulation for a certain period of time, the main server sends the information to thesatellite and the satellite tracks the currencyeven it is burried under SOIL OR OCEAN also.

    TRACKING

    COST EFFECTIVE AND MOST EFFICIENT

    PROCESS

The government of INDIA is planning toinroduce coins for higer denominations also.

But costly metal shoud be used to prepare

coins. That will be a burden to thegovernment.

And it is not possible to track the money as

well. So , this will be a cost effective & most

    efficient way .
