Benefits of P.A.Y.S. (EPC) Financing

• Includes technical support & assistance which offers turnkey services:

- feasibility analysis, design, engineering, construction management,

installation, operation, maintenance, and financing

• VESTA uses their own working capital for identifying & developing projects.

• Activities VESTA conduct for a project are bundled into that project’s cost.

• VESTA will recoup their working capital with funds from the Saving made

• PAYS concept normally operate under a performance contract (PC)

- depends on the amount of energy saved.
