How it worksOur Engaged Performance Framework helps organizations capture the voice of their people quickly and easily, using a proven, science-based survey tool based on Korn Ferry research. 1. The surveyThe process is simple and easy to implement. Together we design a survey that aligns with your business and talent strategies and measures engagement and enablement. The survey can be administered online via computers, tablets, or mobile devices, or on paper, making it easy to reach anyone.

2. Benchmark comparisonsThe outputs compare survey responses with your choice of benchmarks drawn from a database of over 6 million people in hundreds of organizations.
