PROTON low voltage distribution switchboards, with capacity up to 8,500 А

Basic technical specifications of PROTON switchboards: ■ rated voltage of main circuits up to 1,000 V; ■ rated current of busbars up to 8,500 A; ■ short-time thermal current up to 130 kА /1 s; ■ internal partitioning according to GOST R 51321.1-2000 – forms 1–4b; ■ ingress protection rating according to GOST 14254-96 – up to IP54; ■ cabinet arrangement in rooms: single-row / double-row / multi-row / corner-type.

FOTON power system protection cabinets, with capacity up to 750 kV

Power system protection cabinets of the FOTON series are intended for use in relay protection and automation systems of electrical equipment in power plants and substations with voltage up to 750 kV, using microprocessor relay protection of various manufacturers.

FOTON series cabinets are certified in the PAO “FGC UES” system.

TITAN operating direct current cabinets

TITAN direct current cabinets are intended for uninterrupted power supply of operational control, protection, automation and alarm circuits at power plants and substations.

Basic technical specifications of TITAN cabinets: ■ number of entries up to 3; ■ number of outgoing lines up to 32; ■ battery capacity up to 180 ampere-hours; ■ degree of protection according to GOST 14254: from IP21 to IP54.

POSITRON packaged switchgears, with capacity up to 35 kV

Basic technical specifications of POSITRON switchgears: ■ rated voltage up to 35 kV; ■ rated current of busbars up to 4,000 A; ■ short-time thermal current up to 102 kА / 1 s; ■ degree of protection according to GOST 14254-96: IP31.

Shielded solid insulation is connected to the ground loop and has a zero safety perimeter. The cell provides resistance to the internal arc of 25 kA / 1 s.

KTPB(M) unit-type transformer substations, with capacity of 110/35/6-10 (35/0,4) kV

KTPB (M) modular substations are designed for receiving, converting and distributing electric power of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz at nominal voltages of 110, 35, 10 (6) kV.

The substations include one or several insulated modules on a single foundation, with a seismic resistance level up to 9 points inclusive, in accordance with the requirements of GOST 14695-80, 1516.3-96.

Designed for operation at an altitude up to 1,000 m above sea level and in conditions corresponding to the temperate and cold climate versions and environmental class 1, according to GOST 15150-69.

Basic technical specifications: ■ Rated voltage: 35, 110 kV;

■ The rated main transformer power, kVA – up to 16,000 (35 kV), up to 40,000 (110 kV).

Typical diagrams according to the corporate standard of FGC UES: “CIRCUIT DIAGRAMS FOR POWER SUBSTATION SWITCHGEARS WITH CAPACITY OF 35–750 kV. STANDARD SOLUTIONS” with diagram index 1, 3H, 4H, 5H, 5AH, etc.

PO ELERON LLC completed dozens of projects on installation of high-complexity block substations with voltages up to 110 kV, including the use of SF6 gas-insulated switchgears.

Today many 110 kV substations such as Ukhta, Yuzhnoye Khylchuyu, Novaya, Soldaty, Chashkino and others, operate reliably under the severe conditions of the Far North.
