    Across the bridge

    At 7.50 in the morning, Jorgen Person starts work in his office in Copenhagen, but

    he isnt Danish and he doesnt live in Denmark. He lives in Sweden and every day

    he travels from his home in one country to his office in another. How long does

    the journey take? It takes one and a half hours, from door to door, says Jorgen.

    He leaves home at 6.20, takes the bus to Malmo train station, and gets the train at

    6.49. The train travels to Copenhagen via the bridge that links Sweden and

    Denmark. From the station he gets a bus to his office. Does he find the journey

    stressful?

    LifestylesNo, not really. Doing the same journey by car every day is stressful, but on the

    train I can do some work and read the newspaper. What time does he arrive

    back to Sweden in the evening? I try to leave my office at 5.00. During the day I

    have only fifteen or twenty minutes for lunch so thats usually possible. Then I get

    back home at 6.30.
