Coalescing Carbon Filters:Minimise odour with filters that capture 99% of liquid particulatesreleased in the form of gaseous vapour. Vent filter snaps convenientlyinto the "Quick-Disconnect" fitting. Carbon Cartridge (top portion)changes from purple to black to indicate when replacement isnecessary. The Coalescing Filter (bottom portion) should be replacedafter three or four carbon filter cycles. Filters have been designed foruse with all 8 and 19 litre TF, PP and Custom built “Quick-Disconnect”cans. Meets EPA 40 CFR 264.173.

HPLC Manifold Kit:Safely collect waste from up to four waste lines from HPLC processesinto a single intake fitting. Kit accommodates either 2 mm OD or 3 mmOD lines. Approximately 89 mm long and made of 316-gauge stainlesssteel, Manifold fits only a stainless steel intake fitting. Four ports aretapped to accommodate 1/4-28 threads of the supplied fittings. Peek™fittings include four each: 2 mm and 3 mm OD tube fittings withcorresponding PCTFE ferrules for compression fit of waste line. Fourplug caps are provided to close unused ports. Multiple Manifolds maybe used on a custom-designed Quick-Disconnect container as long asone fitting remains unused. Safety Container with Manifold installed isUS OSHA complaint and meets NFPA Code 30.

A better solution for the containment offlammable waste and corrosives.Justrite’s Liquid Disposal Cans are made of high-densitypolyethylene for superior chemical resistance and leakprotection. Large and strategically placed opening offerscontrolled filling and pouring during disposal. Fixed positionon handle allows lid to stay open for easy pouring. Whenclosed, the cap automatically vents between 0.2 and 0.35bar. A flame arrester guards against outside ignition. Platedsteel hardware is an economical choice. Stainless steelhardware offers the most protection against corrosives.

Model 14724 has built-in polyethylene fillgauge. Indicator pops up to warn you thatthe container is almost full.

Convert open-top drums into fire-safe receptacles.Drum Cover provides an inexpensive way to convert open-top200 litre steel drums into fire-safe receptacles for combustible waste. Only ascrewdriver and spanner are needed to attach the cover to a drum, and it caneasily be removed when the drum must be emptied. Cover is constructed ofsteel with a highly chemical-resistant powder-coat paint finish. Fits drums from565 mm to 578 mm diameter. Replaceable fusible-link assembly inside thecover melts at 74ºC to automatically slam the cover shut if there is a fire in thedrum, extinguishing the flame. FM Approved.

Easy dispensing with drum taps for horizontal drums.Justrite Self-Closing Drum Safety Taps incorporate an internal flame arrester whichprevents flashback of fire into the drum. Brass construction with a Teflon® seal assuresleakproof operation. Adjustable models screw tightly into drum and can be adjusted todispensing position, with spout downwards, without thread damage or leakage. For trouble-free dispensing of viscous non-corrosive flammables such as adhesives, paint or heavyoils above 2000 SSU (about 30W oil), use Justrite’s 51 mm viscous liquid gate valve,Model 08552. FM Approved.

Reduce fire risks from static electricity.Antistatic Wires prevent sparks from static electricity generatedby movement and flow of flammable liquids. Bonding betweencontainers during liquid transfer, and connecting drums to an earthare required by many government and local authority regulations.Standard wire lengths are 1 metre and 3 metres; for longer reachuse several wires with 6 mm terminal ends.

Justrite Drum Vents provide automatic pressure relief.Justrite Drum Vents have an operating valve that opens at 0.35 barinternal pressure in normal service for automatic pressure relief. Vacuumrelief is manual or automatic, depending on the model, and permits 15 ormore litres per minute flow through a standard 19 mm tap. All ventsinclude a flame arrester for added safety.
