    C. Input Parcel information

    Select Packaging Type under the Package

    Type drop down menu

    Input “Weight”, “Number of Total

    Identical Parcels” and “Declared Value” for

    the package/ document

    Input “Reference Number” if needed

    Indicate “Lithium Batteries” if the

    shipment contains ion cell and metal cell

  • Note:

    These are product identifiers:

    ASIN is Amazon Standard Identification

    Number, consisting of 10 letters and/or

    numbers, which is created when the item

    is uploaded to Amazon catalogue. For

    books, the ASIN is same as ISBN number

    UPC is Universal Product Code, a 12-digit

    code provided by GS1 and used

    extensively for retail packaging, widely

    adopted in the US and Canada

    EAN is European Article Number, a 8- or

    13-digit code provided by GS1 and used

    extensively for retail packaging, widely

    adopted in everywhere else

    D. Indicate preferred way collection by UPS or refer

    to last page for details of shipment pick-up options.

    E. Select service that suit your needs or click “See All

    Shipping Services” to choose preferred service

    F. Input commodity’s details, including:

    Select description of shipment from the

    drop down menu

    Describe the commodity

    Select “Get Started” under International

    Forms and Documents to prepare

    commercial invoice. You can also prepare

    your own form and attach to the

    package. Our recommendation is to

    leverage this easy tool to facilitate

    creation of necessary international

    forms.

    K. Pay and Get Labels

    Note:

    Please enable pop-up window for UPS site.

    Please print the label and commercial invoice

    (3 copies); commercial invoice is required for

    non-documents only

    1 copy to be attached to the package

    The rest to be passed to UPS Service Provider

    G. Set email notifications under “Additional

    Options” section to get the latest news of your

    shipment status

    H. Select preferred payment options

    Indicate payor of duties and taxes

    Enter promo code, if any, and click “+Apply”

    I. Review Terms and Conditions and acknowledge

    by checking the checkbox

    J. Either “Review” the information or proceed to

    “Pay and Get Labels”
