SECTION 3: DEADLINE AND CANCELLATION POLICY• Exhibitor may cancel without penalty provided written notification is received on or before December 11, 2015. If notification is not received via email at
[email protected] by this date, exhibitor will be financially responsible for the upgraded exhibitor listing selected. • 50 percent of the upgraded exhibitor listing fee will be charged for cancellations received between December 12, 2015 - June 24, 2016. • 100 percent of the total upgraded exhibitor listing fee will be charged for cancellations received after June 24, 2016• Failure to make payments does not release the exhibitor from its contractual financial obligation. • All cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to [email protected].
